They called me back within 15 minutes after I contacted Home Advisor. They answered all my questions and were very professional. Brandon came to our home and was very professional and knowledgeable. From the moment I called and talked to Nick I knew I had chosen the right place Upon answering the phone Nick couldn't be more helpful, reassuring or professional. They, Brandon and Stuart, came to our house and spent all the time we needed to understand the problem and Each time they come, which has been 3times ( no charges for check ups) it has been totally hassle free and a pleasure for us to have such a professional company working for us (for a change!). They called me within 10 minutes of using HomeAdvisor to ask what I needed first, then if I wanted to schedule - that's what I call SERVICE. Gave me a low/high rate. Shawn came out right on time very professional, gave me details as to what he was doing - showed pictures - inspected outside too. GREAT SERVICE... I'm pretty confident the results will be as good as the service.

They came out quickly, and did an inspection of the entire house. However they couldn't do anything about where mice and bats were coming into my house, until spring. He spread out poison packets for the mice, and nothing for the bats. I am in a wait to see if they did and do a good job in the spring.

The inspector came early and inspected. He set down glue boards to monitor any pest activity and we will be re-inspecting in 3 days. Whatever we decide will be after the re-inspection. Very professional and expert.
