Would use this service again! He walked me through the entire process and gave the reasons why he did every step. He searched the entire outside of the house and attached garage. He also pointed out areas that needed to be sealed outside.

I have used this company many times in the past and was always pleased, and the interaction I had with the specific technician yesterday that came out was terrible. He was very rude, pushy, and told me that they could not remove a yellow jacket nest (they have done it for me a few years ago). I don't know if I would use this company after this experience.
