Description of Work: Initial problem believed to be mice but found it is probably bats. No work was performed yet. They are coming back out in a couple weeks when snow is gone and they can get on the roof of the house.

Description of Work: They sprayed a yellow jacket nest. Their treatment was successful and both the person who answered the phone to schedule the appointment and the technician who provided the service were professional and friendly.

Description of Work: We had a mouse problem. I contacted CJB and they quoted me a price of $179.00 to come out and put out bait for the mice. They explained that the mice would go back to their nests and die. They explained that they would make recommendations to plug up the places where the mice could enter our basement. We could do this ourselves or have them return a few weeks later. They quoted us $95.00 for this second phase. If we follow their recommendations, their work is guaranteed for six months. We were very pleased with their professionalism.

Description of Work: I thought I had bed bugs! Took the critter to CJB. They could have sold me on a treatment for bed bugs, but instead they said that this was probably not a bed bug and they'd call me later with a definite answer. Four hours later they called and confirmed that it was definitely not a bed bug. I had been meaning to have the house perimeter sprayed for insects, anyway, so I asked CJB to do the treatment. The technician showed up at exactly the set time, did the job, gave me some tips regarding caulking, etc. These guys are honest and professional.
