excellent and they warranty their work. great company to work with. went around entire house and removed any started nests as well as sprayed entire house as a preventative measure.

This was not too good. I had a Raccoon in my attic and they came and set trap and it didn’t catch anything. I would tell a family member or friend to do their home work on them.

Easy to get scheduled, done on time. All nests removed, no further problems. Great service, will be using again for internal treatments.

I had an appointment with them for the 1st of July, I tried to cancel the night before and the morning of during their off hours leaving a voicemail. Those 2 requests on their voicemail did not stop them from coming out. My Painters were still working as they were running behind on their job and let them in to do the work. I wanted to move the date out because of them not being able to spray the entire house. I scheduled a follow up to meet with their technician and have them complete the job as they noted it could not be completed. They missed their appointment, as a scheduling system error according to them. Then they scheduled a new appointment and missed that one too using the same excuse. I told them I did not have time to do that a third time and told them I would refuse to pay them as they did not complete the work and that wasting my time twice is not how I work. Since then I have received a couple of phone calls as well as bills in the mail for full price even after I was offered a discount in email for a lower amount because of the issue. They continued to push for full price payment. I received a phone call from them to collect the money again today. I was called a scammer by their agent on the phone after explaining that I felt like I should not be paying for them to miss appointments and wasting my time twice, and that I did not feel like I was not being heard by him, I asked for his manager. The manager he put me over to also was more concerned about getting their payment rather than customer service. Apparently its my fault for them wasting my time, and their agent for being rude. I reluctantly have agreed to pay them half of their bill because I am just happy to not have to deal with them any longer. I used them on my old house that I sold because of their ratings on Angies List. but now I would never use them again.

I was impressed with Mike on the phone who helped schedule the appointment to our house. The technician, Steve arrived early and did a good job of explaining about what might be going on as well as how the treatments would work. T

It was complicated, but it worked out alright. It took a lot of back and forth between the company and myself, but it worked out. What happened was, the package that I purchased wasn't exactly what I needed. But they agreed to honor it. I don't know much about bugs. The kind of wasps we had wasn't the wasps that that plan was supposed to cover. But, they did honor it. It worked out. So it was fine. There were no additional charges. But for what they did, they would have charged more. But they honored the deal. They came out about a week after I had originally scheduled for it. I bought the deal through the phone with one of Angie's List representative. I live in an area that is Oakland County but it's on the far north end and I do know there are other companies that will not come out to where we are because they consider it too far. I think part of the reason the original appointment was canceled was because they were looking at the travel time for their person because it is a different part of the metropolitan area. They were good. The work they did turned out fine. They had to patch a spot where the wasps were coming into the house and it looks like they put duct tape. We're going to have to get up to the ceiling and paint that area. When they came, they were punctual.

We had a contract with a known extermination company. However our deck and gazebo was over-run by spiders. They were building webs as soon as we destroyed them. We were starting to get cenitpedes in our kitchen (they love spiders). We called our extermination company and twice they came out with a little bottle of spray, sprayed the kitchen window and basically told us there was nothing they could do. Frustrated, I called CJB and spoke with Nick Burgess, the president. He told me how they could handle it, gave me a price and sent his tech out within a few hours. The fellow was on time, professional and thorough. I havent seen a spider or a centipede since. I will have them come in the spring for a through indoor and outdoor evaluation and treatment. I will mention I have a small 15lb Australian Terrier/Yorkie mix and the product was safe for him to be around, besides safe for us.

They were prompt, when they thought they would be late I received a call approx 3 hours in advance. They were on time and while waiting on me, took care of the wasp nest . The technician was courteous and completed the job in a timely manner, walked me through the chemicals. I just wish it had been a clear mixture vs a cloudy mix, which left a residue every place sprayed.

There isn't that much to report. The workmen arrived promptly and got the job done to our satisfaction. Yes, we would call upon them again.

They were punctual, did a thorough job and the treatment worked. We have wooded property and wetlands so our yard is challenging, they did a nice job

I was very satisfied with the work performed. The person who came out (I don't remember his name, but he gave it) identified the problem areas. He went about his business in a professional manner. When he was done he explained how and what he had done to exterminate the mice. He removed any/all of the dead carcass'. He inspected the outside of the house and identified entry areas (which I was not expecting) and made a list for me to present to our HOA. He was very personable and I felt very comfortable talking to him and telling him my concerns. He explained things in a manner that easy to understand. And although the project involved something as unpleasant as mice I found the overall experience dealing this company's employee pleasurable. And this company will be the first company I will call with any future extermination problems.

I was pleased, they were prompt, courteous, and did a very good job.

CJB came out and sprayed for Carpenter Ants, and other Crawlers, etc. The application also includes a follow up to find a nest and kill the queen 3 to 4 weeks later to rid the home for 1 full year with a warranty. There is a 6 month warranty on the other crawlers as well. It was raining on the day of the spraying so only inside could be covered. They followed up with a date for the outside application. They were thurough and did the best to get every nook and cranny even if it was not very accessible.

6 weeks before I called CJB I had heard something in my attic. I had another company come out and they trapped a raccoon within 24 hours. I thought I was done with the raccoon and just needed to replace the attic side vent that it destroyed. I was wrong - my husband and son went on the roof to check the gutters and a birds nest, and they discovered a huge hole in my roof - like 6 x 8 inches!! I thought I had another raccoon!!! The original company couldn't get back out for several days, so I called CJB and Nick was able to get out within a few days. He checked the attic and said there was no sign of another raccoon and said he felt the hole was created 6 weeks prior by the original raccoon - apparently raccoon's like an entrance and an exit - who knew. This hole was tucked in a tight area where it couldn't be seen from inside the attic or from ground level (it was on the second floor). Nick was able to put a flashing (?) over the hole to prevent further damage until I could get the roof fixed. Nick did a great job of putting the temporary repair on the hole and he got rid of the birds nest issue too.

I find them to be reliable.They are pretty good about coming out and checking the traps. They are a bit pricey however they gave me a little bit of a discount.

They were great. They were very professional. The price is for four months. The price is average and not the greatest but they're much more thorough than others that we used in the past. They did the wasps and they did a good job with the treatment. They said they'd be here 3:30 and they were right here. I definitely recommend them. I would use them and recommend them.

I did not have to move any items they did not go into the bed rooms . My son claims he hears something I don't only time will tell and I have not called them back as of yet ; And if his word is true I will not have to

Very well. Last trap check saw no activity. CJB returned my call right away, was out to inspect the house within days, and they were able to eliminate the rats in a few weeks. Price estimates and timing were accurate - no surprises after the fact. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again but hope I never have to!

Great, as we expected. Day after treatment we did not see any bees and ditto for the balance of the summer.

It took two (2) treatments before we were able to identify all of the nests and spray all of the necessary areas. They came back without hesitation and did NOT charge for the second Service Call, as advertised. I will not hesitate to have them back this Spring to re-treat the areas again, to be certain we have no hatches and be done with the Yellow Jackets. They were very careful around our pets with the chemicals and concerned with our welfare as well as our dog and cat. I was most impressed!

From start to finish, things went very well and very quickly - I called around 11:45 am to set up an appointment, and by 5:00 pm the job was done. The call I made to have the work performed went very well, and the person on the other end of the phone was pleasant. He asked good basic questions to assess the size of the job, and quoted the price on the spot. The service technician, Shawn, arrived when promised, went to work quickly, explained what he was doing, and got it done. Less than 30 minutes to get the job conmpleted, and the price I paid was the price that I was quoted. We're very satisfied and will definitely use CJB's services again.

Person who answered the phone when I made my inquiry was pleasant, informative and answered all of my questions. Steve, the technician arrived early for the appointment. He was pleasant and professional. He removed the nest and sprayed the area to kill the remaining hornets. Start to finish the job took about 20 minutes. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

Showed up 2.5 hours late with no phone call prior. Service was completed as planned. Waiting now to see if all bees die.

It went better than we expected. The bees were gone almost instantly. The applications are guaranteed for 90 days which will get us through the soccer season. No more children screaming from bees everywhere. And there were thousands of them. They told us that the treatment will also probably keep the mosquitos down as well which is a nice bonus. The gentleman who did the estimate was very nice, showed up approximately when he was supposed to and was helpful. I'm not sure if he did the actual application but he mentioned he might be the one. He didn't leave a flag or anything so I wasn't sure if it was initially done but after we started seeing the results we knew it was. This was a big problem for us and I called several other companies and none even knew how to treat these particular bees and no one would offer any guarantees that the treatment would work. The few I talked to wanted to treat each individual hole and with thousands of holes that is not a realistic solution. It was overwhelming. A few companies didn't even bother to return my calls and get back to me after they did an estimate. They didn't have a solution apparently but CJB did and they were spot on. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them. They have experience and it shows. I am very grateful to them for solving this problem and I know 90 kids who thank them also.
