Exceptional and Professional!! These are the two words I immediately think of when describing my relationship with Baker Blinds. The care and attention we have received from Shelley, from her first at home visit, has been unmatched in any other product or service we have received for our home. We could not be more fortunate to have received the perfect blinds for our home through the kindness and exceptional taste Shelley offered us. We also have had a great experience with Ben, in service. He is a perfect reflection of Baker Blinds. He is kind, thoughtful and also exceptional at what he does. True professionals!!!

We were extremely happy with Baker Blinds. They came out to our home to discuss different options for window treatment for our living room, den, kitchen and bedrooms. They were patient and explained all of the various options. We would highly recommend Baker Blinds.

Benjamin was very friendly and professional in helping us figure out how to mount a valence. I would call again if I need help with curtains!

Blinds were hung evenly but the veins were backwards. I had to turn one window set around so that the white side faced outside and they closed completely. Quality wasn't what I expected. The veins are flimsy and blow around when the heat or air is on, even with a diverter on the register. The valance is cheap-looking. My last pair of verticals were thicker, more attractive and half the price. The color was correct on both windows, and nothing was broken during delivery. No followup call after job completed. Next time I'll go to Home Depot or Lowe's and buy a higher level blind for less money. There were no blinds to see on display when I made my choice. If I had seen them in person, I would not have purchased them.
