What a bunch of liars. "We service others on your street, and would like to treat bugs in your yard as well." They have never been to anyone else on our street which is a dead end cul-de-sac. The "technicians" that came out have been rude and unwilling to provide the complete indoor/outdoor service that was requested. The "bait box" initially put out has never been rebaited or even checked. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this pathetic service. They rope you into a contract and refuse to keep up their end of the contract but still expect you to pay.

For all of the high-ratings on the internet for this crooked company, I honestly believe they are paid trolls, luring the unsuspecting, hard-working, home owner to a company that is about as legitimate as the extended warranty folks blowing up your cell phone during lunch. They send the "nice kid" to your door for a pleasant conversation and sales pitch, with the "Since you've been so nice, I will give you our special, friendly, discount" - and when you take the bait (we got us a live one!) they will lock you into a binding agreement you have to pay hundreds of dollars to get out of... and oh yes, you will pay. Then, they later send "Chuck" to your door; no uniform, looking like his parole officer just cleared him to work in your neighborhood (don't let these people into your homes!), carrying a six dollar sprayer from Harbor Freight, who then proceeds to sprint around your home as though chasing a rabbit, haphazardly spraying "chemicals" into the air, then disappears within ten minutes (don't think I'm exaggerating!). Then a week later you get billed for hundreds of dollars for this "service". Worthless, cheap, scammy, smarmy - shall I go on? You have been warned; so, if you read this and still go with Aptive, it's all on you, sucker.

It started out fine and was good for a couple years but within the last two years they would increasingly cancel my service at the last minute or just not show up. When I called in to ask why I haven’t seen them in such a long time they told me that it was because I kept canceling appointments so they canceled me completely. This is completely untrue. The same thing happened to my daughter and my son.
