Xtreme Cleaning and Restoration

This company was recommended by another who honestly indicated he was too busy to handle the job. We needed a new company after we had to fire the first. Initially they talked a good line and at least used proper English. However, they failed to arrange any time to come finish the clean up job. The person who recommended them followed up to see how it was going and I let him know. He told me what to insist on immediately (an air purifier as my family was getting sick and I had developed pneumonia). The guy from Xtreme left a voicemail indicating they didn't have a purifier available, yawn and all! I contacted the other company who recommended them and they showed up unannounced with a purifier. Consistently they put off scheduling to come finish mitigation services while slowly "putting together a bid" for contracting repair work. At one point he suggested they would not schedule any mitigation services unless we selected them for the repair work! Frustrated beyond belief and just trying to get the bid, I waited only to receive a bid with multiple zeros on it for key repair issues! And he sent it directly to the adjuster before I had a chance to review it. Due to the zeros it of course was significantly lower then my other bid and was sure to cause issues. When I inquired and again asked them to schedule mitigation services, they told me they would not quote out the rest of the job unless we decided to use their services for everything! He proceeded to tell me he discussed my other quote with the adjuster and threatened me with the daily cost of the air purifier they had dropped off and never returned to check! Adjuster later tells me he's heard this type of thing about this company before.
