 + -1 moreMr Earnest began the work on schedule, showed up when expected and wwas always willing to answer any questions and give any explanations required. He was totally professional and does exemplary work.
Description of Work: Removed pre cast steps, installed permanent 8' X 20' foundation to meet standards of Retirement Village, designed and built covered porch including railings of no maintenace materials with hip roof to match existing roof of house. Installed matching siding and re-installed gutters and drainpipes and outside light. Replaced all soil removed from surrounding flowerbeds after completion of porch. Tidied up worksite daily, removing all debris.

 + 0 moreDennis Earnest was very polite, professional, and thorough. He cleaned up after himself daily and even returned the flower beds to their original condition.
Description of Work: Built 8'x20' covered porch, with stair. Foundation is concrete footing & split face cement block. Deck framing is treated 2x8-16" on center. Composite decking w/ hidden fastener system. Vinyl railing, post covers, hand rail, etc. Roof shingled to match house soffit, fascia & ceiling of aluminum. Gable end sided to match house.
