Pump went out on Christmas eve morning. Weather was not too cold so I was able to wait until day after Christmas without too much discomfort. He asked for details so that he had a good idea what the repair was and showed up with the correct pump to complete the repair. Helpful since I live several miles out of town. The equipment is working fine now, and the bill was quite reasonable. Would use him again and most likely will

Did not go well. Everything was fine until I changed my mind about adding a second zone to heat my basement. I was unsure to begin with, but was assured I would love it. Well I didn't and stopped the installation of the auxiliary heating unit for the basement. I didn't know that it was to be a separate unit from the main furnace. Took up too much space, and would have been extremely noisy. He was put out that I did not agree about the choice of equipment to be installed. Rich Bugay actually shouted at me on the phone saying he was a professional and knew what he was doing. When the job was done and they were gone I went down stairs to find they had left the old boiler, I called him, he said he wasn't going to, even tho it was included in the estimate. His workers returned only because I threatened to stop payment on the check. Because of his unprofessional behavior I was concerned about the installation, well I was right.. the boiler when turned on spewed water like a fountain.. Rich Bugay did not answer when called or return my message to come back and fix the boiler. He eventually did, but was arrogant and very disrespectful. I am a single senior woman and this experience was traumatic.

Rich himself handled all communication with me. Seems very forthright and wants to good job. Steered me away from higher priced feature our house really didn't need!

They are excellent. They are great.

I would give them an A overall. I am satisfied with their services. I will use this company again in the future.
