Outstanding! After getting several different estimates, I decided to go with Irwin for my project. Mike was prompt with all calls and providing a fair estimate. More importantly, he was great at explaining the work he would need to do and was clearly knowledgeable about the process. His estimate was significantly less then other quotes yet, I was convinced, the work was the same. Mike was no-nonsense in explaining what he would need to do, prompt with all calls, and right on time the day of the job. On job day, I quickly realized this was a family business when Mike introduced me to his two sons reinforcing, I had made the right choice! All three were knowledgeable, polite, and informative sharing the overall process with me. It was clear to me they knew what they were doing, each had their own roles, and they worked together like a fine oiled machine! He and his crew arrived promptly as promised, did the work in less than 3 hours, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. Crew was promptly on the job within a week after estimate. Mike is cautious. These guys are very friendly and great to talk to. I am glad I made sure they did not move the slab away from the pool as it would have caused a problem. Three guys on the job made it go quickly and they explained everything to me. Very happy with the work.

We obtained a few estimates, and this was by far the best experience and lowest price. Barrie, the estimator was knowledgeable, friendly and really took his time helping us understand what had happened and how it could be addressed. This was the lowest price we received, but the overall service was exceptional. They showed up on time, and did the work incredibly well. We could not be more pleased with the service that we received.
