Hi there! My name is Lauren Denler and I am the rental and property manager of Twilight Barndominium. We are looking for a detail oriented turnover/cleaning service that is familiar or able to work within an “Airbnb Schedule”. Outside of cleaning, we are also expecting on turnover to be notified of broken or missing items/fixtures/appliances as well as communicating through our Monday.com’s app Twilight Renters, Maintenance and Inventory Boards. Laundering sheets and bedding might also be required, or at the least bagging the used sheets and leaving them outside for a service. I also arrange welcome baskets catered to how many rooms are booked. All items for welcome baskets will be onsite, but it might be required to arrange baskets on turn over for next booking.
A little about the space: The Apartment at Twilight Barndominium has 3 bedrooms, all with king bed ensuites, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room with a half bath. The entire Apartment can sleep 8 in total. Bedroom 1 (We call The Studio) has a kitchenette, its own private entrance, and can be locked from the rest of the Apartment. Bedroom 2 has a mounted headboard that allows us to arrange the bed as a king or two twins. You would be notified on the turnover of how the bed should be arranged for the next booking. Bedroom 3 is a standard king ensuite. Bedrooms are all located on the second floor with the living space and kitchen on the main level. The Apartment is listed on Airbnb and soon VRBO as 3 different listings, so there is the option to rent just The Studio, the 2 bedrooms with the kitchen and living space, or all 3 bedrooms with kitchen and living space.
