Our water heater was leaking, and he replaced it the same day when he first visited us to check on it, calling it an "emergency".. He kept the work area clean and did some re-configuring of copper to match the new unit. We have two friends who have used him, and who gave rave reviews about his competency.
Description of Work: Replaced our 50 gal power vented water heater.

Description of Work: We purchased a water softener from Lowe's and paid the $200. to them for installation. Rene's came out and did an outstanding job. Worked hard, cleaned up after he finished, and I was quite pleased with the whole job. Water softener works great!

+ -1 moreHe replaced our water heater w/ a professional grade water heater. He moved several water lines in our basement and he plumbed in a toilet, sink and shower in our basement. He was very professional. Came when he said he would. Did what he said he would. Worked until the job was done. Was honest in regards to what needed to be done and how. Didn't cut corners. Didn't overcharge. I will use him for all my plumbing needs in future.

+ -1 moreGreat! I also asked him some advise on a bathroom remodel we were planning and he was very informative.
Description of Work: Bought a softener at Lowes, Niles, MI and Rene was the installer. He did a super job. I asked him to install shut off valves on the softener and he said I already had a shut off at my well pump and didn't need to go to this extra expense!! Lowe's salesman was supposed to sell me two extra pieces of pipe for the install, but forgot to do so. Rene called Lowe's and they said to put in the lines and they would eat the cost. So altogether Rene was honest and saved me a few dollars. Clean and neat, and I will call him for any add'l work I need.

+ -1 moreHe is a such detailed person. He left the place cleaner that it was. I raccomended him to many other people. He gets his clients through word of mouth. I guess he is the first on the list for all Lowe's installation as well. If you need somebody to get the job done right the first time at cheaper price than other, CALL HIM!
Description of Work: He originally came in to replace a water heater. I purchased the water heater and installation from Lowe's. That's how I was introduced to him the first time. After that I called him for many other jobs in my house, because he was so knowledgeable and expert about the work. I have replaced the dishwasher; installed a range, and remodeled my entire bathroom. All with relative low price and below the estimation he gave to us.
