 + 0 moreWe have made 5 phone calls to this company and to this day still have not received a call back. One time we even spoke with a woman and she said that she would have someone return our call and we never received a call. If they are truly busy, it only takes a moment for someone to call and inform us that they have a full schedule and they are not sure how soon they would be able to help us. Then we can make a decision if we need to contact another company. But for a Harman and Associates not to return a customers call is a true insult to the customer. To me it says that I am not important and they are not interested in working with me. How can company build a good reputation if they do not return phone calls? Truly Disappointed.
Description of Work: Wanted to have a sliding door and other exterior doors installed but never received a call back to get a quote on the work.

Description of Work: They put a deck in for me. There had been a problem with the materials that was not their fault that they came to repair.
