They were absolutely fabulous. They came very quickly. They had five guys. They cleaned after they were done. They finished the work in a afternoon. They removed water damaged property out of my basement. They go above and beyond. They follow EPA rules. They work very well with the insurance company. They did a wonderful carpet job.
Description of Work: They sucked the water in my basement, dried everything, cut away carpet, carted all the trash away and left fans on for three days.

 + 0 moreI had a great experience. I had a spot that was missed and they came out and fixed it. They were very punctual and they explained to me a policy that if there is something they missed, you should respond to them within 48 hours but they came back after two weeks. I was not aware of it.
Description of Work: They did my carpets and the also did an older floor for me. The removed an old wax and installed a new one.

 + -1 moreIt looks like a new floor! Also, they stuck by their original quote, not knowing how difficult the job would be...took almost 5 hours. I can't recommend them highly enough.
Description of Work: Took a difficult, wood kitchen floor, cleaned off the bad product I had put on it, then cleaned the wood, and applied 2 polyurethene coats.
