+ -1 morewith the toilet he was efficient and cleaned up afterward. with the drain, they snaked a drain that in 17 years no other plumber ever cleared. We have had no problem since

+ 1 more1. should have checked Angies List first- would have never hired them. 2. not getting a written estimate and insisting on a camera inspection. 3. We were left with extra expenses of replacing neighbors fence, leveling their ground .
Description of Work: Company came out and did initialLimited partial sewer cleaning. They stated the line part closest to the sewer needed to be replaced as they were bringing up clay and dirt. They rescheduled to come out the next day to excavate and replace the line. No written estimate of repairs/replacement to be done. They went through the neighbors yard as our sewer is in the easment between the two yards. They destroyed the neighbors fence ( none of it could be reused) and also damaged our fence( which was understandable) No clean up of the concrete pieces. They were left in the mound of dirt behind the garage. In addition 1 hr after they left- the line backed up in the basement. 2 Hr later THey came out and snaked from inside the house. 1 wk later the drain backed up again with water. They came out later in that day and snaked under the garage. At this time , we were given a reciept indicating the sewer was guaranteed for 30 days .

+ -1 moreThey came out and overcharged us. They also did not check with the city to indicate that the job they were doing was certified and notarized. They left the front of the house a terrible mess, not making any effort to clean it up until we fought with them to come and clean it up. I would never recommend them to anyone. I do not trust them.
Description of Work: They were supposed to replace a drain in front of the house.
