Description of Work: Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a very short while and had it repaired in 15 minutes. He was very professional and attended to his task with no delay. The drain in the basement was clogged and required him to open two clean outs in the floor. He then brought down his power snake and removed the clog.

Description of Work: I called with a leak in my recently installed washer hose hookup (not done by them),and he came out the next day, and installed 2 shut off valves in addition to checking the connections and installing a clamp for the discharge hose. He was in and out in 45 minutes, and I thought the price was reasonable and the work professional. I will use this company again if needed.

 + 0 moreThey come right out to do the work. They are clean and neat and clean up after themselves. I've had this company do work several times. They might be a few dollars more than the other plumbers that I have used in the past but they are worth it.
Description of Work: I had the insides of my toilet replaced twice by them. They have also drained my 40 gallon hot water tank and cleaned it out for $50. Their charge varies depending on the job performed. They usually have the work completed within a few hours.

 + -1 morePlumbers showed up near scheduled appointment time. They came prepared, knowledgeable, and honed in immediately on the poor workmanship done by previous "plumber". They spent the entire workday re-doing the plumbing properly. Everything works now - no leaks.
Description of Work: Replaced copper tubing, shower head, and 3 body spray nozzles in main bathroom shower. Work done before a by non-certified "plumber" caused more damage and expense, which Direct Plumbing corrected.

 + 0 moreThey are a little more expensive than other plumbers I have used but responded immediately, came out quickly, followed up, and cleaned up well. They work as if they were part of your family and really do a nice job - worth the extra money!
