Called in the morning they were there by 3:30 and the job was done in a half hour. For less that half of what another company wanted to charge me.

Other than being given the wrong part from their warehouse, they got the job done quick and answered all my questions.

Very knowledgeable and honest and the type of repair needed. Price was fantastic. The job took almost exactly the amount of time they said it would. Overall my husband and I were impressed and will definitely call them again for other plumbing issues if needed.

They have done 5 jobs for me they are just great and customer service is great! I thought I needed a new water heater and instead it was a 20 dollar part that needed replaced and everything works well. I appreciate that I did not feel taken advantage of. They also replaced my 96 year old father's water heater and had to move the furnace to get to the water heater and they did all that extra work without complaint.

I had very poor hot water pressure and a frien told me I needed a new hot water tank. I called Detroit Furnace and made an appointment to have one installed. Service guys were there when they said they would arrive. They did a troubleshoot of the situation and determined that I needed something called a dielectric union. So when they could have sold me a new water heater they instead sold me a 20.00 part. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Detroit Furnace was quick to get out to my house to evaluate my central air. They were very clean and professional and very informative. The technician was very detail oriented and answered all my questions. He gave me my options for repair and was very affordable. I will call them for any repairs I will ever need.

They came out to my home because my sink wouldn t drain and snaked it it was stuffed full of junk but after working it and wiggling it for about an hour or so it finally came loose and started to flow again Thanks to Will at Detroit furnace my pipes are clean .
