Description of Work: Very responsive. Very professional. Crew cleaned up every night so well even my neighbors commented about the well-done job. Quote was a little higher than my other quote but the process was better and the guarantee was much better. I would consider this company again for any services they offered.

Response from Allison Outdoor LLC
When the response came through to us we immediately put you on our schedule for the next available date we had at the time. We take all jobs on a first come first serve basis. Most seasons we run an average 4 weeks out but this year due to a busier than usual season we were 5-6 weeks out. Before we even came out we notified you where we were at on our schedule and it wasn't until after meeting your daughter to assess the project that i was notified you needed the project completed prior to our scheduled date due to a birthday party. Angieslist does not allows us to put in the deals where we are at on our schedule or to call for availability.

Description of Work: They built a retaining wall in the front and side of garage and prepped all of the beds in front and side for planting, rerouted sprinklers and buried downspouts. Jeff kept me well informed throughout the whole process. They were great to work with and will use them again when we do the back.

Jeff Allison gave us an estimate which was in detail. We saved some money by eliminating the mulch supply and the aplication, I didn't want the mulch in place before I plant my perennials and I wasn't sure where to plant them yet. Jeff initially told us that they won't be able to do the job till May 24th. I wanted my flower bed ready for my plants right away so I emailed him and told him that they can come any day, that all we needed was just a minute's notice. Jeff came through by sending his workers and completed the job on Monday May 21,2012. They did a great job, We would use them again and recommend them to everybody.
Description of Work: We had them extend and widen our flower bed from one side of the house towards the front of the porch. They removed the sod, installed landscape stones we provided and added topsoil, they removed and haul away a large arborvitae, leveled the soil, and added peat moss and fertilizer to the rest of the flower bed. I had them transplant a cottoneaster tree to a different area infront of the porch and they also aerated our front and back lawn.
