Great work and very through. Was difficult to get the initial quote and took less time than coupon. Would utilize them again

I chose Allison because the price was competitive but mostly because Jeff was the only landscaper that truly knew his plants and could give me something more than Stella d'Oro day lilies. He also understood that as an avid gardener he needed to leave me some space to add my own plants . His plan gave me a great foundation from which I can add my own touches later on. All the workers were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and boy did they work hard despite the high heat. .They completed the job in just three days and my yard looks beautiful. I am very pleased with Allison and will highly recommend them to anyone.

I paid for the special offer which showed their name in my local area. After I paid for the special and also an Angie's List Membership, I received an email from Allison Outdoor LLC stating they don't service my area. I contacted Angie's List and they confirmed Allison Outdoor LLC had my county listed. I would not do business with Allison Outdoor LLC because they do not honor their service in which they advertise. I could only imagine their work is not top notch as they probably don't do as good as job as they say they do. I wouldn't trust them or Angie's List because they stand behind this type of business conduct! Also Angie's List wasn't going to pay be back for up to 2 weeks. I paid for a service on Angie's List Website, then couldn't get the service provider to honor their special and last being refused immediate payback from Angie's List. I had to call Angie's List Customer Service and complain before they gave me back my money.

The Allison Outdoor team arrived on time, in uniform, and with two company trucks. They were hardworking and extremely professional. Notable was that at the end of each day they cleaned up all debris and dirt etc. They started on the estimated start date and even though their work was interrupted by some thunderstorms they finished on schedule. It was evident that they were experts in their field of work including the paver stone. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend the Allison Outdoor Company.

I've used Allison Outdoor several times for my landscaping projects. They always do a great job. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

excellent the work was done and I paid and it was a responsible, timely ,and neat job As of October 8, 2015, one plant has already died and the root structure was not as deep as it should have been for the plant to survive. The actual planting was not done deep enough but I think the stock probably was good.

The service was okay, it wasn't spectacular. The initial contact was above average. Jeff came out and talked and asked questions. It seems like he didn't communicate to his team, what my expectation was of the project. He wasn't on site the day that they came to do the work, so I was a little disappointed in them. The end result of the tree trimming wasn't good. He had to come back and fix it. There was one side of the house that was graded, and I had some plants that were there for 7 years, and I told him that my mother had given them to me, and he didn't communicate that to his work crew, or they didn't care, and they tore them all out. When Jeff came out to inspect the job, he was professional, but somehow the communication broke down between him and his crew. When I called him, he made it sound like it was my fault, and I should have said something to the guys before they left. They did a sloppy job, and the landscaping around the yard was neglected. The guy trimming the trees didn't seem to know what he was doing. He had to come back for the tree trimming, and I was furious. From the way he listened when he was inspecting the job, I thought I had nothing to worry about, and yes I was home when they did the job, but I didn't think I would have to baby sit professionals. I was pleasantly surprised when he sent me the quote, but you get what you pay for. He admitted he wasn't a tree trimmer, but I wasn't asking for a tree surgeon, there were just a few branches to be trimmed. He kept in contact during the quote process, and then when I called him to say the trees weren't bad, but they weren't great, he said that he was really sorry to hear that, and he would be out in 3 or 4 days to look at it.

We just moved into our house in September and quickly realized that fall clean up was going to be a big project, especially since the acorns had not been cleaned up in years. We contacted Allison LLC and they were able to have a crew out a couple days later. They arrived just as we were leaving for work and when we returned the yard was beautiful. The leaves were cleaned up, the hedges trimmed and shaped, and the plants were trimmed down for winter. They did a great job and we will definitely use them again.

There are no words to explain how happy I am. I have been ripped out several times with projects Ive been doing with my parents home, they are both handicap. Thanks to Angies list & Allison Outdoors finally I left feeling in awe. Price was 35% less than my other quotes. Timeline was spot on, workers are professional and very polite (hard working). They went over and above all my expectations! Please do yourself a favor and only call Allison Outdoor for any outdoor service. Thanks again! Lines of communication were always open, mostly by email but occasionaly by iphone. From first contact to estimate by Jeff took only a few days but it was close to a month before the work was actually done. Jeff's crew showed up on the promised day and got all of the work finished. I was at work almost the entire time they were at my house so when I finally got home there was just one area that needed a little more attention. Jeff's crew took care of that area. As promised, Jeff returned today to check on a new plant and to spray for weeds. i will be calling him again for the fall clean-up.

Jeff was fantastic! He was responsive and very professional. We needed to save as much money as possible, so we told Jeff we wanted to do our own planting and we were looking for a plan to follow. He was very supportive and helpful and did exactly what we wanted. We contacted many other landscapers that were not willing to do this or charged at least $250 for a plan. With Jeff's AL coupon, we were not charged for the plan, since we were doing over $1000 of work. I will use Allison for all of our future landscaping. We were extremely pleased.

They got the job done over one week. The cleanup was very good. The scheduling was excellent. They sent 5 guys out to do the job each day.

AMAZING! Jeff and his crew are polite, professional and SKILLED! There was a small snafu but no 'rock' was left unturned to correct and finish to my complete satisfaction. My home looks brand new! Will refer and call again...

Working with Jeff was a great experience. He was prompt, professional and always available. From the design work to the finished product it could not have gone smoother. His men were the best most professional and courteous guys I've had work for us in a long time. We made some last minute changes which had a significant impact on work already completed and his team was very accommodating and gracious, willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. We did have a minor price increase but it was fair and justified. Allison Outdoors also completed a patio for my parents about 5 years ago - the patio looks as good today as it did then. Overall I would rate Allison Outdoors an excellent company to work with.

Contacted Allison Outdoors to help me finish a stone patio project I had started. Jeff was very responsive from first contact and turned around a quote quickly which described exactly the work to be performed along with a reasonable price. Jeff coordinated the delivery of additional material I needed and on the day of install two employees of Allison Outdoors arrived promptly to begin. They were able to complete the job in a day and the finished product looks great. Very happy with the service.

Excellent work, great service. This was a tricky planting as it was right between a privacy fence and a cement patIo. Allison's was able to get the trees in place without much trouble. Jeff, the owner was there with us the entire time. Jeff was very hands on and helped with my selection and made sure I got exactly what was needed. They left instructions on care and I have not had any problems with the trees. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

It was SO easy. Jeff was one of the best contractors I've worked with. He was very attentive, and personally presented the new landscape design to us along with the estimate. His crew was professional and finished the job an entire day early. They also handled some issues with the sprinklers on the fly and still finished early. We definitely plan to use Jeff and his team again next year for some renovations to the back yard.

We own a portrait studio with an outdoor studio on the premises, so how the lawn looks is important to us. Allison Outdoor always does a nice job for us and if we have any special requests, they are happy to comply. They are wonderful to work with!

They did a great job. They were on time. Everything was cleaned up. The work was great.If anybody needs a referral, they will be first on my list. I thought their price was very competitive. They're a great company to work with. I didn't have to make a follow-up with them and I didn't have to make a second phone call. As a consumer, those are the things I look for.

They're fabulous! Their work was great, and their finished patio was fabulous. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very courteous, and showed up when they said they were going to show up. In addition, their prices were very reasonable.

The removal of trees and level of yard went very well. Workers came late in the day to lay the sod and appearred to be in a hurry. They didn't piece the sod together well...leaving several gaps. However, we would likely use them again, but would followup with the owner instead of seeding gaps ourselves.

Jeff Allison showed up promptly, on the date promised, and wrote a very detailed estimate of services he would provide. The cost, I must say, really caught me by surprise. It was almost double what 3 other landscape companies quoted for the same work. I was disappointed, because I was prepared to go with Allison, based on Jeff's professionalism and attention to detail, but I just can't justify paying nearly $6,000 more for the work.

Jeff Allison came to our home and did a thorough estimate for a french drain installation and sod work. His crew was punctual, professional, courteous, thorough and did an excellent job overall. We are very pleased to recommend them. We will definitely use their services again.

When I first called for estimate, Jeff was right on it. On the scheduled day they were to be at my house 9am. They were an hour and half late. I called at ten to see where they were. This is my day off and I cram a lot of errands in on this day. I called Jeff and got voice mail. When foreman and crew showed they said had equipment problem. A phone call would of been nice, especially when I left message on Jeff's. Rather inconsiderate.
