 + -1 moreHerrick's bid was the lowest so the general contractor went with him (against my wishes). His bid was bare bones so I had to fight to get a better furnace, humidifier and hot water heater. He or his crew would come and do a little work than leave. Their work is satisfactory, enough to pass inspection but I didn't always trust what he had to say.
Description of Work: This contractor was hired by my general contractor. Herrick's work is satisfactory but he wasn't always truthful and I had to fight to get what I wanted.
