Tom showed up when he said he would and did the work I requested. I needed an outlet that was shorting out and replaced. He did that and installed a timer to regulate the light my chickens get. He also moved and repaired a light fixture that was torn off by my son and the tractor in my hay barn. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend his company.

Tom was excellent to work with. He suggested that I go through a company called SPX who would contract him to do the installation and they would take care of the Consumers Energy EV credit. I ended up not spending a dime of my own money. Tom was very friendly and was always on time. I recommend him to install your EV charger as well.

I called Tom based on the positive Angie's List reviews to separate the two lights in my bathroom (vanity fixture from the light/fan combo above my tub) and to replace an outlet. The fan had recently been installed by a general contractor who tied it into my existing vanity lighting. I also wanted Tom to inspect the work done by the contractor, as we had many other problems with the quality of his work. When Tom began working on the outlet he found wires hanging out of my wall and wires barely connected behind the plate. He was very thorough and made sure my new wiring was safe. He cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. I learned my lesson in home improvement and will not pay a general contractor for anything a skilled tradesmen should do as I ended up paying for an electrician and a plumber after my contractor left!

Everything went smoothly and Tom completed the work on time and on budget for what the estimate said.

Tom arrived as scheduled, accomplished his tasks in the allotted time, and arranged for his work to be reviewed by the city inspector.

It went awesome. Tom from wire works was very nice and fixed the problem right away for a great price.

Tom is a true professional. He's punctual and returns phone calls and text messages better than any contractor I've worked with before. His estimate was spot-on both in terms of cost and how long the job would take. He obtained the appropriate permit and the inspection went smoothly after the work was done. Maybe more importantly, Tom is someone you can trust... one of those people you can just hand the house key to and head to work without worrying. We'll most definitely be calling him with any future electrical work we do. If there was a rating higher than A, Tom would deserve it!

Tom came in and gave me a great deal on an electrical upgrade. He told me how I could save money instead of just doing what I told him. When I explained what and why I needed 200 amp service he started walking me through it and gave me a great deal. Every other electrician I called wanted over $2,000. On the day of the installation, Tom showed up on time and got right to work. He got it done on time and worked straight through, no breaks. Phenomenal work ethic. Supurb. I am asking him to come back and do another job.

After coming to my place, he inspected the outlets and my circuit breaker. He was very forthright that I had already taken the precautions necessary and I didn't need any work done. While he was here, I had him give me a quick estimate for other work I might do in the future. He didn't charge me for the inspection or the visit.

Being an out-of state landlord, it's been difficult to find repair people to do competent work at a reasonable price, I found WireWorks, Inc. on Angie's list and decided to give him a try. My renter (who is quite fussy) reported that Tom was very personable and responsive to her requests. He explained everything he did, and showed her the problems he found and corrected. She was really happy! We will us WireWorks in the future.

Overall it went well the technician was professional . He gave me an extimate on the needed work and completed the job in good time.

I would not hesitate to have Tom do more work for me. He is extremely professional and it is careful about his work. He cleans his work area after completing his work.

I've had Tom out for two different service calls, each for installing light fixtures and outlets. There's a reason he's so popular on Angies list... He's professional, knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, reasonable, and efficient. Couldn't ask for more!

Work was completed on a Tuesday and Thursday of the same week. I was pleased with the work, clean-up was excellent, and he started/completed work as promised. He worked with the building inspector and everything went well. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom for electrical work - or bring him in for my next project!

I saw Tom's great reviews on Angies List and picked him. Among many things, I enjoyed his professionalism and attention to detail. He spent a good day doing the work and answering all of my pesky questions and also providing some great advice. I plan on using Tom again in the near future for several projects. He's a great pro.

We own a duplex that has two walk-out studio apartments and in which we live with our extended family. We have been doing major repairs to the entire home, and it was time to update the electrical to ensure a safer environment in which we would have room to accomodate today's increased electrical needs. So, I came here to Angie's list for some advice because I had no idea who to call for this really expensive and important work. WireWorks Inc was a recommended company, so I decided to contact them. My call was returned immediately, and the owner, Tom, came right out to do an estimate. Based on his estimate (he gave us a 10% discount for finding him through Angie's List), professionalism, and knowledge, we decided to hire Tom, and made arrangements for the work. Because we were doing other renovations, we had to ask Tom to wait several months before we could get to the electrical, and he was perfectly fine with that. When I called Tom to schedule the work, he was on vacation with his family in Florida, but he took my call immediately and gave me an approximate time he'd be able to do the work - which was actually the time that we settled on when he returned. On the day he started work, he was in telephone contact with me to let me know exactly when he would arrive, which I really appreciated. He arrived, got to work immediately, and did not leave until we had full power back. He came at 8:45a and didn't leave until almost 9:00p to make sure we had electricity and all was well. The next day he returned at 8:00a and did the other panel, remaining on the job until it was completed at about 11:00p. He was willing to return the next day if we had not been okay with him working late, but we were eager to get the work done before any bad weather set in, so we were very happy he was willing to work that late to finish the job. Tom took out the necessary permits and arranged with the inspector and me for the inspection. It ran quickly and smoothly with just one or two minor things he needed to do (for example, a certain type of screw was necessary on the outdoor panel). He got all of that done with in an hour of the inspection. Tom is very easy to work with - energetic, friendly, and engaging. He keeps a very clean workspace and changes into his "indoor" shoes to avoid making a mess on the floor. He works quietly and quickly. He was very clear about when the power would be off and for how long, making it easy for us to plan. Since we had the work done in the middle of winter, we needed to have the heat on. His pricing was really excellent! When I showed the estimate to our contractor who was doing other work, he said it was a very good price that he really couldn't match. That was quite an affirmation of the price Tom charges for his excellent work. I have Tom's company WireWorks Inc on my list as my electrician. I wouldn't think of looking elsewhere.

Mr. Mullaney was courteous enough to give me a call to explain that he was waiting for the electrical inspector at his current job. He said he would arrive twenty minutes later and he was right on time. He is very personable and professional; took off his shoes before entering. I called him the next day and asked him a question about the work he had done the previous day and he was very helpful.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From my first telephone contact with him, Tom was polite, professional, and patient. When he came to my home, he was no different than over the phone: polite, professional and patient with my dozens of questions. He was forced to arrive approximately 15 minutes after our appointment time due to a significant overnight snowfall, but he contacted me to let me know that would be the case. Appreciated that! He gave me several options for solutions and quoted me a price before beginning the work. The work was done quickly and much to my satisfaction! Even better was that the final price came in $60 under his initial quote! I will definitely use Wire Works for my future electrical needs. In fact, I'm already planning my next project, and you can bet I will be using Tom for it! Two other items of note: I am a single female homeowner, so I am very skeptical of any type of service-people. I never once got the impression that Tom was trying to take advantage of me. I found him to be honest and upfront. Very refreshing! I also appreciated that Tom respected my home. Without having to be asked, he removed his shoes upon entering! This may seem like a little thing, but it speaks volumes about the serviceperson. It makes a great first impression, to say the least. If you need any electrical work done, I would highly recommend Wire Works.

The serviceman arrived at the house less than an hour after my call. The service was completed very professionally and in a reasonable amount of time despite discovering an irregularity in the ceiling that required an extra fix. Everything was cleaned up after the work was complete.
