If every service provider was as totally reliable and professional as Tom, there would be little need for Angies List. He really is that good to work with.

All the wonderful reviews are 100% accurate. Super nice. Clean. Removed his shoes in the house. Gave an accurate quote on the phone. Called him Tuesday and he was able to come out Friday. Got the work done in about a hour. If I need electrical work done in the future, I won't hesitate calling him.

Tom was quick to respond to our request, timely, friendly and solved the problem in a most professoinal way. I cannot imagine how it could have been handled better.

I was very pleased with Tom's work. He got my outlets working, again, by fixing the GFCI. I would recommend this company to anyone in need if electrical work.

Tom did a great job. We could not be happier. He was professional and timely throughout the entire process. He was referred by out neighbor and he really helped us out. Tom is a real pro. He was also very thorough and clean, putting down drop cloths and vacuuming up drywall dust in the areas that they worked. Everything works great and looks fantastic.

Tom is awesome. He is great at communication, shows up when scheduled. Does an outstanding job and never seems to be rushing through a job. The dining room light fixture went up and he hung it at a perfect height. I had gotten several "fix it" items for the house..all which didn't work but I would have taken forever to figure it out myself but he was able to point me in the right direction to get things fixed. He recommended a couple of garage door companies and also had a recommendation for a handy man in case I needed it in the future. I think there's no job to big or to small for Tom to tackle and give each client help in their project.

Excellent. Working with Tom prior to the job was very easy. He always answered my e-mails when I had questions. He and his crew were prompt in arrival the day of job. They were very professional. It had rained on and off the day of the job and they did a great job cleaning up afterward. They labeled the new panel for me. They are very efficient and anticipated everything. I am very pleased. Tom and his crew are very efficient and trustworthy and I would definitely hire them again in the future.

Tom and Peter came exactly when expected and worked nonstop installing the fuse box downstairs and the meter box to the outside of my home. They cleaned up everything and made sure each room in the house and garage had working electrical outlets, lighting, etc. They were very professional and thorough. I would definitely refer them to my friends and hire them again. In fact the neighbor across the street has their card and will be calling for the same service. VERY nice, knowledgeable, and honest gentlemen!

Tom was polite and professional throughout the process of getting me a quote and scheduling the work. Arrived on time and did the work within estimated time frame. Actually lowered the price from the original quote when onsite when he realized one of the services quoted was not required (involving the connection to the panel from the outside meter -- something he couldn't see until he was inside the house.) In the course of cleaning up the old disconnects and inlets, I ended up with two new outlets (free of charge) that would've otherwise been stranded/unused wire. I would both use Wireworks again and recommend to others.

Tom arrived almost immediately after I called since he was in the area. He was very professional and explained what the problem was and what steps he took to fix it. He also wrote the problems with basement wiring and provided me the right contacts to follow up, in case I have any issue with my basement contractor. I was highly impressed with Tom's punctuality, professionalism and willingness to help. I wouldl hire him for any electric work in the future.

Tom is always on time and professional. He told us when he was coming, came when he said he would, did a great job doing what we asked him to do, and charged us a reasonable price for doing it. And, he's pleasant on top of it. No need to call anyone else.

Tom and his team beat me to the work cite in the morning. They were very professional and courteous. They started work immediately and worked 5 hours without break or interruptions. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the bill. The quality of their work was first rate. I am extremely happy.

Tom, President of Wireworks, was phenomenal!! Genius idea how to do what I wanted done. He performed the tasks listed above over and beyond what I thought could be done. Also, he returned several times to cover the original electrical box in dining room at no extra charge. Also, he returned several times to repaint the wall to my satisfaction where he got the electrical wiring from for the ceiling fan - no extra charge. I believe he returned at least 5 times or more. He was extremely pleasant, timely and professional. I would hire him again anytime. He was awesome along with being very creative. For all that he did, the price was extremely reasonable. I recommend him to anyone who needs electrical work performed.

They were reasonable and I was happy with them. They were cheerful, fast and had great expertise. They were professionaly dressed and went about their business quickly and efficiently. They got in and out and got the job done.

Came out to the house at time specified for estimate. Submitted quote within 24 hours. Contacted back and forth via e-mail to confirm a date/time that would work for the project. Arrived on time, explained everything, double checked with me about each placement, completed work in approximately 5 hours, including wiring, placement and clean up. From time of estimate to completion of job was 10 days! Amazing company and professional to work with. Very reasonable, high quality work by Tom and his assistant/partner. Would definitely hire again and recommend for any electrical work.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Tremendously professional, courteous, and competent. Here are some highlights: He took his boots off when entering the house and put on a different pair of shoes. It may seem minor, but it illustrates his courtesy and thoughtfulness. He actually came to our house twice, once to look at the problem we were having with our old light fixture, then to install the new one. When he saw the old one, he gave us his honest opinion that it would be more expensive to fix the fixture than to buy a new one. He didn't even charge us for this visit (although we informally agreed to use his services for the installation of the new fixture). Next visit, he came, once again on time, and installed the fixture quickly and competently. He'll definitely be our "go-to" electrician for as long as we're both in Lansing.

They did great! There was nothing special about their service, but they were very professional and very reliable so we were happy.

It was a tremendous amount of work that Tom and his apprentice completed for us. They were very professional, reasonably priced, provided good explanation and options for work that needed to be done. They worked very hard and we were very happy with the work. Tom did several small items that was not included in the quote that I asked him about. In fact, after a couple of weeks, we discovered our doorbell did not work and Tom stopped by and fixed that for us as well. A great company and for a job that was this big, I felt very comfortable with it in his hands. They cleaned up very well also which was appreciated. I would not hesitate to call him back for anything electrical related.

They arrived on time and executed work in less than the quoted time and provided *more* service and parts than was promised. This was very much appreciated. The transfer switch came with a 10 foot cable, but Tom was able to modify a longer existing wire I had at no additional cost for me. They installed everything, cleaned up, and demonstrated the system for my wife and I. Excellent service and will use again!!

All went well. Took 3 guys all day 1 day and 2 guys another half day. They worked until 8 or so to get our power back on before they went home the first day.

Tom is a great communicator and prompt with his response. Tom and his crew were polite and very professional. Did all of the work in a high quality way. I definitely would use Wire Works again.
