It was a lot of money. I'm sure it's probably the normal price. I used Wilson forever. Like for 26 years at one house I used Wilson. And then, I had Wilson put a new air and furnace in my house that I just sold. Then when I moved to my new house, I called them to do an air and furnace with this house, but they had sold to Mastercraft. So Mastercraft came and did all that, which I rate them highly too. But then, I called them to get some work done and they said now all their business was back to Wilson. So now I'm back with Wilson. Both of them are good companies.

I would refer them. I like them. The people are good and they know what they're talking about. They will even call me to tell me it's time for a tuneup. They are a good company.

This company came out on two different occasions. The first occasion they came out on October 26, 2015 and serviced my furnace. The same company came out a second time, this time to service my air conditioner, because I noticed the house was not cooling as fast as I would like, I mentioned on the phone that I needed a tune up but I also told them the house was not cooling properly. They sent someone out, they found a broken wire, thought it was unusual because the furnace and ac unit is only a few years old. They charged me for a service call instead of a cheaper tune up because I mentioned the house was not cooling properly over the phone instead of specifically asking for a tune up. I thought this was rather strange because I was only mentioning something in regards to the tune up, I did not know if it needed serviced or not. I later called this company and spoke with Rochelle who was in charge of the billing department. Rochelle was not very respectful to my concerns as she yelled at me, she was very impatient, rude and constantly interrupted me. She claimed there was nothing they could do about making an adjustment to my bill because I thought it was rather expensive. Overall, based upon these experiences, I cannot recommend this company.
