When I called Jason, I explained what I needed done. He was finishing another job and said he would be at my home in an hour or less. He arrived as promised and did the repair very quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with his professionalism, quality of work, and value.

I was disappointed that the provider didn't answer the phone and said in his voice mail message that he is generally busy for a month and might be able to get back to me earlier if I send him a text message. I think it is not professional to leave a voice message indicating that he is too busy to call back for a month, but at least I know to go with a different company.

I am so excited to offer a review of Jason's work and to have a plumber's card that I will certainly use in the future. Who doesn't want to have a good, honest, thorough and reasonably priced plumber you can call? Plus, he is a genuinely nice young man! Jason arrived on time and went right to work. He diagnosed the issue with the toilet and repaired it using a combination of his parts and some we had purchased. He remained until the toilet was flushing correctly, making some minor adjustments along the way. He then was ready to go, went to flush one more time, and noticed some water on the floor. The hose was leaking and needed replacement as well. He fixed the hose and left for another appointment. Several hours later he called and wanted to make sure everything was working OK and to please let him know in the morning as well. If there was anything wrong, he would, of course, come back and fix it. Throughout the appointment he was interactive, cordial and attentive to the problem. I feel that although this was a small job, we could call him for any job.

My neighbor recommended Jason as a professional and responsive plumber, and Jason proofed it by showing up on time, completing the job and charging less then the estimated price, since he finished the job sooner. He worked very fast, the completed job looks very very nice and everything was clean like he was never in my house, however my plumbing runs directly to city's sewer which I dreamed for about 7 years. Before hiring Jason, I had few plumbers to come to my house to see if they can do the job Jason did, and they could not figure out a way to do it, Jason did. Thank you Jason, I remembered you this winter when we didn't have a power and I was still able to use my kitchen sink.

Jason was very polite,, competent, and friendly. I purchased the fixtures from Lowes, and he installed them.

A single phone conversation with Jason was enough to discuss price and make an appointment. The job was replacing all the shower fixtures, including converting from a 2-handle to 1-handle shower valve (using a cover plate), and the drain assembly as well. He showed up on time, we looked over the job together, discussed the challenges, and he got right to work. Due to pre-existing conditions, he was forced to improvise when it came to mounting the tub spout. He handled this in stride, and the result was as good as it could be. Overall he was focused and efficient, and the price was more than fair. I would not hesitate to call him again.

The price was reasonable for what they did. The workers were very, very nice and honest. The work they did is holding up really well, we have not had any problems since.

He did a very nice job putting it in. I have experienced no leaks in the months since it was put in. He was punctual and polite. His clean-up of the job site after completion was great.

He arrived when he said he would. He brought his own tarp to keep the floor clean. He checked out the area and crawled under the house to check out the plumbing before he started. Once he started he found out that the clog was very hard due to being several months with no water in the drain and he wasn't so sure his machine would get it, but with perseverance he was able to remove the clog. He went back under the house just to make sure everything was ok and he cleaned up. The whole job took approximately 1 and frac12; hours. He was very professional, reasonable pricing, and did a great job!

Jason replied quickly to my email, set an appointment for the following week, was communicative and responsive. He arrived ready to work, was friendly, pleasant, respectful, and professional. He assessed my needs, offered options, and did not try to do more than what was necessary to provide a well-functioning shower. He worked quickly and unobtrusively. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and his overall demeanor, and will definitely use him again.

Jason was professional and like the next door neighbor at the same time. He removed the old water heater and loaded it in his van to haul away. He installed the new water heater and cleaned up the area in minimal amount of time. When asked if you would contact this individual again, we say yes. He has since repaired a broken shower drain.

We had a problem with the toilet in our downstairs half bath so we had Vandermeer Plumbing fix it.
