It was good. There were no problems with the installations. He has a good personality and he was good to work with. The pricing was competitive.

The service technician arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem, and performed a quality repair. The price was very high for the work performed. There was a diagnostic fee of $84 and a $325 charge for the service. The service included replacement of a capacitor, which was apparently around $60. It took a total of 2 hours to diagnose the problem and perform the repairs. The provider indicated that they don't charge an hourly fee, just a flat rate for the service provided. Including the total charges without the part, the labor cost was essentially $175 per hour. The service technician did communicate the price before performing the work. We called the provider to get a better appreciation for their pricing, in an effort to know whether we should use the provider in the future. The supervisor was not very responsive or customer focused. Two phone calls to the owner were not returned.

They were great, clean and friendly. They were tidy. They did the job at the time scheduled. I've been using them for six years.

The initial work was done as per the contract specified. However, according to the contract, the excavation hole was to be back filled with approved materials, and a final regrade was to be performed after the ground had settled. The week before Memorial Day we called to request the regrade. It has now been six weeks from that initial call. We have called 5 times and visited the office in person, but no regrade has happened. We will either request a refund, or start legal action, at this point.

It went very good. It was a reasonable price.

The technician was professional and courteous however I was not satisfied with the price-to-value of services performed. I had a toilet that was leaking on the 2nd floor. I had already pulled the toilet thinking I needed new wax ring however I found that the toilet flange was cracked. I didn't want to try to replace it because I assumed the flange was glued to the waste pipe (primed) so it would be very difficult to replace. The technician offered me 2 options. His recommended option was to cut a hole in the first floor ceiling and replace the entire waste/drain pipe at a cost of $809 and he was leave the nice big hole in the ceiling for me to deal with. The quote he gave me actually said and quot;We do not replace drywalland quot;. The 2nd option (which he would not guarantee would not still leak) was to install extension kit over the top of the cracked flange and put a tons of caulk around it. I opted for this option and the technician had the job done in about 45 minutes. I think the technician did a good job installing the extension kit and I inspected the job before he reset the toilet. My biggest issue with this experience was with the price charged for the work that was done. I've reset plenty of toilets and I know how to apply caulk. $468 is outrageous. I would estimate the parts at $25 (full retail) and 45 minutes of labor. This job worth about $150 - $200 if I tacked on a fee for the house call. I told the technician I didn't think the price fit the work that was done and he immediately got defensive and went to his pricing binder. He said all the pricing is fixed and by category and even offered to show me where it was in his binder. Based on his reaction I'm assuming he's had to defend himself in the past. If you and I made $400 per hour we would make $832,000 per year. My recommendation is to call around before you schedule your next plumber.

The work was efficient and without problems except for a toilet that arrived defective from Kohler and had to be reordered -- no fault of Meridian. All the workers and supervisors were easy to work with and competent. I obbviously was pleased with Meridian because I kept calling them to do new jobs as needed.

Meridian is the high-end, expensive plumbing company in town. They are always professional, kind, and neat. It's a very big firm, so sometimes you get the new guy, with less experience. Be prepared: $1,000 toilet. $500 garbage disposal. They offer a preventive drain cleaning product, which didn't work for us. We like Meridian Plumbing, but they are our second choice in town for two reasons: They cost 20% more, and some of the plumbers are not the most experienced. Less experienced plumbers take a little bit more time. They do a great job, and we highly recommend them, as their grades reflect.

I am a repeat customer having used them several times before. They perform high quality work, clean up their work area and treat customers with respect. They show up when they say they will.

The designer was very prompt in contacting us and meeting us at our home to measure the kitchen. She was really pleasant and professional when she presented her final proposal. The problem was with her design. First of all, she exceeded our budget, did not include some of our requests and made no attempt to change a feature that I absolutely hated. She didn't seem to be too interested in our project.

Called late afternoon, Plumber arrived within about 4 hours, diagnosed problem quickly and made the repair.

They were fast and they came right out. They gave one price of how much the job would cost and there were no other surprises, just one flat fee and that was it. They were not the cheapest but they had a fair price.

Meridian Plumbing's price was kind of expensive. He wanted to replace everything. He didn't even look at the boiler that I have. He seems knowledgeable.

Very well; I now have a top-of-the-line garbage disposal.

We purchased an under mount stainless steel sink online. Very difficult to find based on the size of the opening. The installer was great, and also recommended a new disposal with the new sink. Made sense because ours was 15 years old. He mounted the sink, and a new faucet we also bought online. The project took about 4 hours to complete. Well done.

He is very professional, has a lot of experience, very polite, makes sure that you are satisfied, and he represents his company very well. He does an excellent job and we have never had to call him back to fix a problem.

Over all everything went fine. He was there about 30 minutes.

We have used Meridian before and we had them out to check our old air conditioner that was giving us problems. Upon inspection it was found that old unit would cost quite a bit to repair and it was also 20 years old as was our furnace. Andrew the service Tech suggested we would be better off looking at newer alternatives than repair our old unit. He and Mike gave us some good info to look at and let us take our time and make the decision. We picked our units and they submitted a fair and detailed estimate. They showed up on time cleaned job site up everyday. Job took two days and all involved were very proffesional and helpful. We would recomend meridian for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. They did an excellent job.

We wanted to convert our old bathtub to a shower with glass doors. We chose Meridian after geting estimates from two other parties. Their price was comparable to the price quoted us by Home Depot, but HD would not remove our old tub and said we would have to find and pay someone to do that part of the job, or do it ourselves. (Ridiculous!) Something we particularly liked about the Meridian representative was that he did not try to sell us on any other plumbing jobs, which he could have done, as we live in an older house. We were very impressed witht he skill and professionalism of the men who did the installation. They showed up on time, did great work, and cleaned up aftter themselves. When we discovered a miniscule chip in one of the shower shelves a couple of days after the installation was complete, Meridian quickly addressed the problem, and sent someone to do a complertely invisible repair. We were very satisfied with the entire experience, and recommend Meridian Plumbing highly.

The total job took a day and a half. The work was first class and professional. The work site was left clean of all debris. Mike and Andy answered all questions that we had and explained every thing about the equipment in detail. This was one of the best experiences we have had for a job of this magnitude. We have done business with this firm over many years and have never been disappointed.

They were professional and they were prompt. They came when they said they were going to. They provided a good report for us and good follow up after that audit. I got a coupon for $400 from the energy company. I think it is a standard rate and all the companies do that.

I am comfortable with them. They are punctual and tidy.

They came right away and did a professional job, but their prices tend to be somewhat high. I will use them again only for serious works.

I thought they were outrageous in their pricing. It was $250 a piece. That was their standard rate to fix those, no matter how big a job it was, of course mine was very simple. Not only that, after they left, I saw where the guy cut a hole in the wall in my second bedroom to get to the pipe, he did not even tell me and he just left the hole there. I did not call them; I was little upset with them anyways because of the cost. I thought that was very rude. I just cannot imagine cutting a hole in somebody's wall without telling them and leaving it like that. However, luckily I have a cheap maintenance man, only $15 an hour who can do all that stuff for me. In terms of quality of work, I had problem for the last three years with one of them leaking, so evidently it was not very good. In terms of responsiveness, they were here. I would not use them again in the future and I have not. My maintenance guy has done any other plumbing that I needed. When I had a third person look at that faucet, he said they should fix it. I went and looked, as I said it has been four or five years and I am sure the warranty was not good for that long, it was for only a year.
