T N Construction

I have been using Todd for all my home maintenance needs since 2012. He has probably performed around 5-6 jobs for me in total. A few conventional, a few not so much (custom work). He is extremely professional, intelligent, and courteous. He works fast, and absolutely knows what he is doing. He provides receipts, and walks you through exactly what the best course of action to take is, depending on the project. Home depot in Okemos recommend him to me for all around custom home work. I got really lucky that day. If it is anything home repair or construction building related, I believe TN Construction is the best choice around for price, quality, and timeliness. Theres nothing this guy can't handle.

I called him and he asked that I call back and leave a message and he'd call me later that night. He didn't call so I called him a few days later. We scheduled a time for him to come to my house, but he never showed and never called. I definitely will look elsewhere.

Todd was very professional, thorough and punctual. Starts the day early, works the whole time diligently for a beautiful result! He provided an estimate, ordered/picked up all material then provided copies of the receipts. I knew Todd was going to do excellent work because how he explained in detail the process to complete the job right. I will absolutely use his services again! A list is already in the making. LOVE my new room!

Todd Nault was very professional and very friendly. He finished replacing parts of my large deck, rails and two sets of stairs. He came and completed the work in less than 2 days. I am very pleased with the work that was done and with Todd. His price was very fair. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

Todd did a great job building the addition to our house. He also converted a closet into a shower and split an existing room into a walk in closet and full bath. He and his team did the framing, roof, painting and all the tile work in the bathroom. He arranged and managed the plumbing and gutter work by subcontracting it out. Todd takes ownership and pride in his work. He does not hesitate to re-do/fix anything that does not come out perfectly. He made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend him and will call him first for any future work.

We've had several days with lows below zero, and I've seen no evidence of pipes freezing, which was what we were trying to alleviate by having the crawl space insulated (we battled frozen pipes all last winter). I haven't had a chance to visually inspect the work because Todd also placed pink foamboard over the access hatch (which I am glad of), and I don't want to undermine the airtightness of his work. Once Todd actually made it to our place, he was very prepared, quick, and professional. However, he had kept pushing back the date he estimated he was going to be able to get the job done. Initially he had said he might get the job done in early October, but it wasn't actually done until late November, and I seriously questioned whether he was going to be able to get the job done before the weather got really nasty. Ultimately, he did. He was also very good about responding to my calls asking when he'd be coming out and my concerns about his punctuality. I imagine he's very busy because he's a good guy, but I would've appreciated a more accurate estimate of when he could get the work done from the get-go.

Todd did a great job at a fair cost. I will use him in the future for sure. It was nice to find a responsive contractor that ether answers his phone or calls back promtly. He also was not requiring tons of money up front.

Todd is a class act. He knows what he is doing, he is honest, punctual, and has a great deal of integrity. He communicates well and finishes the job at a high quality without needing to be chased. I recommend him highly.

Great

They rearranged them even nicer than before. They showed up on time and even worked well after 5pm to finish the job. They worked very hard and carefully and perceptively for over 8 hours. The patio looks really nice. They left it tidy and attractive. I would highly recommend them. They have integrity and a very caring attitude.
