Sunrise Seamless Tech showed up on time, was professional, full of good information, cleaned up after himself. Gutters now work wonderfully.

The company initially sent a sales rep to view the job and give a price quote. We gave a deposit (approximately half) and were told they would contact us within 2-3 weeks to do the work,. They called and gave me a time window of when they would show up. The next day they were on time, quick, efficient and cleaned up after the work was done. I would not hesitate to call them again and would recommend Sunshine Seamless to anyone in the area who needs their gutters cleaned.

The installer arrived on schedule and immediately began the requested work. He cleared the gutters of pine needles, installed Leaf Terminator gutter gaurds and removed any and all debris from our patio. The installer was polite and professional. The worksite was completely clean and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Also, the price was very reasonable. We had previously used this company to install larger gutters so we did not hesitate to call them again for this work. We highly recommend Sunrise Seamless for any and all gutter work.

We aren't comfortable climbing onto the roof to install it the gutter meshing, so we asked for their help. But they refuse to install anything that isn't purchased from them directly. They were inflexible and unwilling to make an exception. So, we hired someone else who was willing to help.

They were very careful & didn't drop any debris in the yard. They did most of the work from the roof so none of the plants around the house were disturbed.

Gutters and downspouts look good. Crew cleaned up very well. Had a problem with the office staff in getting the correct date for work to be done. Ended up being two weeks later than promised.

I called based on a neighbor's recommendation. Very pleasant and professional receptionist. Took my information and said someone could be out the next day for a quote. John came out, was very personable and professional. No hard sell at all. He provided me with several different options with different prices. For a difficult area he provided a suggestion for a product Sunrise Seamless didn't even provide. (Rain chain) My contractor happened by and John worked with him on how to do the pre-installation work. I signed a contract and was told it would be a week or two. I was called the next day to see if the following day would be acceptable! I arrived home just as the guys were finishing up and getting ready to leave. They reviewed the installation with me and I found something I didn't like. They immediately unpacked their truck and made the correction to my satisfaction. I am a VERY satisfied customer and will recommend Sunrise Seamless to anyone who needs gutter work.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Office staff was pleasant and responsive. Scheduled estimate quickly. Estimator who came out was very nice and helpful. Explained thoroughly. When I debated about gutter covers, he explained their thoughts and testing. Accommodated me by giving me a couple options in doing gutter covers (I'll call them back for gutter covers in the future). Installation went quickly. Installers called me out of the house to check the job when they were finished, and when I noted a piece of soffit jutting out, they got their ladder and fixed it without complaint. I'm pleased with the whole experience.

John Waters, the salesman, showed up when promised, gave me the options and price and set the install date. The installers showed up before promised date and everything was done correctly.

Gutters were old, dented, held on with spikes. Water would come down behind the gutter and fascia during heavy rain. We have many trees, so the gutters were also needed to be cleaned every few weeks. We spent a lot of time trying to select a color. Sunrise was patient. We also went with a guard system that has worked very well, and now we only cleaned gutters once in the last few months, and that took a fraction of the time. They also coordinated well with another contractor who was replacing our soffits at the same time.

Sunrise has got to work on the client communications. I was told that that our new gutters would be installed around the first week of Oct. I received a call on the 14th telling me that the gutters would be installed on the 15th. I informed them that we would be out of town that day and was told that it would not be a problem. When we returned three days later, no work had been done and we had not been contacted in any way explaining what had happened. I emailed them and asked what was going on. I received a very apologetic phone call on Monday admitting to me that they needed to improve their communications, and that I would get a call first thing Tuesday with our new install date. I received no call on Tues. or Wed so I called Wed afternoon and asked what was going on. The secretary got a hold of her boss and then called me back to say they would be here next Monday, first thing. Not only have the communications been terrible, but I am feeling put off. If I was in the schedule for last Thursday why am I postponed until next Monday? I expect the installation to be fine. They have a good reputation. But their customer service stinks. They did show up on Monday the 26th as promised. The work was done quickly and done well as I expected. I hope they can get customer communications worked out because that is a very important part of good business.

Replaced 50' of 5" eaves with 6" eaves to improve water carry off of the roof. Old eaves were overwhelmed in heavy rains. Everything went perfectly -- very professional -- from quotation through installation.

The crew came on time, worked hard, discussed what they found with me, made joint decisions. The adjustments did not affect price. Were courteous, walked around, described what they did. Great experience! Yes, would definitely recommend to others.
