Excellent--great service and job completed

We hired Sunrise Seamless, partially due to their excellent reviews on Angie's List. Got an estimate from them in October, and their salesman was pleasant and never pushy or high pressure. He also found us a gutter color which matched our trim perfectly. They willingly worked with us in getting our old gutters removed before we got our home painted, then had to come back at a later date to install the gutters. Their installers worked quickly and efficiently to get the new gutters and toppers installed in a morning. They did a great job. We are happy to have gutters which not only function, but look great, as well. A pleasant surprise for us was the discount we received for their "Accumeasure" guarantee, in which they deducted for a difference between the estimated gutter length needed, versus the actual used. We were very impressed by this. After all, they didn't have to tell us the measurement, and we would have been none the wiser. This speaks volumes to their being a company of honesty and integrity. I have a two story home. My neighbor was getting new eaves. I called Sunrise to inquire about having them fix our corner. We already had new piece. He gave me quote over phone. He placed my corner when working on my neighbors. I left check with neighbor. I just got a paid receipt in the mail.

Friendly phone service. Prompt visit to estimate costs. Low-pressure but informative salesman. Quick scheduling. Excellent service. Replacement gutters visually appealing. Overall -- very happy.

Overall it was a good experience, but I would not rate them Great. I like the product and the sales representative John Waters was outstanding. John was very professional, answered questions honestly, and did not try to oversell his product or pressure you into buying. The product is warrantied and they stand behind the product. They backed it for a whole year and stated if I did not like it after a year (four seasons) I could schedule them to come back and take the product off my gutters with a full refund. That's pretty fantastic!1 I had extra questions after the initial estimate, and John took the time to come out to my house again on his own initiative and take a second look at the job. This sold me on the product and the company and I signed the deal. I had told John I wanted to have the installers call first to set up an appointment with me on the install. This was my first problem with Sunrise Seamless. I received a call from their office while I was sleeping stating that their schedule was being readjusted and that they would be coming out that day and wanted to give me a heads up. They did not ask or bother to schedule anything. This was unprofessional and disappointing. The installation crew that I was told would be coming out consisted of 1 person (no crew!!!) When the installer arrived he was polite and apologized for the confusion and asked if I wanted to have the office schedule like promised. I was now awake and had him start the job partially. My next issue was that the salesman John put in the estimate to have all my corners chalked and sealed while installing the leaf terminator as some of the corners were leaking. As the installer was doing his job I just so happened to ask him if he was sealing the corners. He gave me a long stare and stated he was not as it wasn't on the work order and they only did that if they were told there was a leak. WELL... I was told that I needed it done and it was sold to me as they always do this service as it is part of the estimate. Either way I shouldn't have had to keep tabs like I did. The installer was honest and stated it was not my fault and went back and sealed the corner he had already went past. The installer did a great job and was very professional with me. The one complaint I had was that he squashed some of the flowers and ornaments in our flower bed along the house and was not careful when he was using his ladder in this area. Lastly the company had to come back to install my new downspout because I needed a larger size to handle the water output. This downspout needed to be special ordered because of the color. That installer was also professional and did a fine job on the install. When I received my final bill I received a partial refund due to the measurement guarantee they have. The estimate measured my gutters at a certain total footage and the actual install was seven feet difference. The company refunded me the cost of the seven feet as part of their Accu-Measure Guarantee. Very nice part of their service. Not many companies would do that. It seems that the company does not communicate very well from the sales prospective to the service and install. The installer should have know exactly what was expected and promised and that didn't seem to happen. Overall I was happy with the final product and would recommend this company over any others in the area. Just keep on them and make sure they are doing things correctly and as promised. It has rained hard here several times and I am happy with the product. No more going up on my roof to clean stuff out. I have many pine tress around my house and the leaf terminator is working outstanding so far. Great product, great sales, good install. Low rating on communication from inside the company. The right hand doesn't seem to tell the left hand what it is doing or is expected.

Called before coming, on time, went right to work after introducing himself; quiet, clean, thorough, quick. Must have taken all the debris w/ him as there was no evidence on the ground!

Steve was very fast to respond, gave very competetive estimate, explained what would have to be done to prepare the house for gutters. As soon as we were ready, Sunrise Seamless came right away and did the work. Thank you!

Steve Whittaker, the owner, installed our gutter system by himself. The colors matched perfectly with our house & trim & he left the work site cleaner than before he started the installation!

He came and gave me an estimate, I choose the color for the gutter before the service started. I had to have the house painted because we had 2 new garage painted. He was able to come out and let me pick a new color and even matched the root with a different color without an extra charge. He was 10 minutes early and was waiting in his car when I got home.

I am overall satisfied with the work that Sunrise Seamless performed on our home. Sunrise Seamless was great to work with. I would definitely use them in the future.

This is a very professional company. The person doing the estimates is very thorough and conscientious. As was the installer. He arrived on time, letting me know what he was going to do, and letting me know when the job was complete.

They were on time and completed work in a timely manner. They were up front with issues.

The repair went beyond the gutters and I had to have my roof repaired. They seemed to be very professional. I told them that I was going to get another estimate and they were more than wiling to compare their stuff. They were real friendly about it and said to contact them when we decided. They came right out. They were right on the money regarding punctuality.

They kept their appointments for estimates and installation as promised, and arrived for both when they said they would. The estimator gave a very clear and informative presentation of what they would do and why their system was the one we should go with. Their competitors with similar systems were more expensive or didn't have the quality materials (especially the gutter hangers) we felt we were getting with Sunrise (we had three other estimates). We needed facia board replaced due to rot in some places, and they suggested we only needed to replace the rotted part, not the entire thing. In addition, we wanted the facia board color changed from the color currently on the house, and after discussion we decided covering with their metal covering was the best option over painting - the price was well worth not having to paint first. We liked their flexibility in being willing to work with us on this. Ours is a rather simple job (the roof line is straight) but we still felt they completely the job quickly, in well under a day. The worker was polite and answered any questions I had. We also needed them to take into account some future work on our patio that would involve modifying the downspouts, and they were very accommodating about making the downspout connections so they would work for us until the future project was started but still could easily be modified when the time came. They cleaned up after and we were billed exactly the amount of the estimate. We would recommend them without hesitation. They also left us an "Angie's List" form to fill out with the bill - they obviously have confidence in their workmenship to offer it on their own.

We called Sunrise Seamless. Their pricing was very competitive, they scheduled the work to be done within 2 days, showed up exactly on time and finished the job promptly. Best part is, it looks fabulous! We will definitely recommend them.
