To be honest, their service was a little spotty over the past summer, I had asked them to mow my lawn while I was on vacation for two weeks and it never happened, and they had to come back a time or two after each cleanup to finish things which were on my "to-do" list but did not get completed. When I called to complain they were right out to fix the problem, and gave me a free mow, but it was a little frustrating to have it happen on several occasions, which is why I gave them a B overall, and for quality/responsiveness. With that being said, their prices are very good, and my yard always looks fantastic when they are finished. Shane indicated they'd hired some new staff which had not worked out well in 2012, which is maybe why things seemed to go better in 2011. Snow removal service is good, they're out first thing in the morning on a snowy day, and it's nice not to have to come home from work on a dark & cold night to have to worry about shoveling my sidewalk & driveway.

Shane came to give an estimate and was very nice. They did the work as discussed and did a wonderful job. I would use them again any time. The cost was reasonable.

needed yard clean up, some concrete removed. they cleaned up very well missed a small item but took it on next job. were here #2 to spread dirt and mulch, looks great. nice folks, the company manager, Shawn, very nice and helpful

Promptly came on time for estimate, listened to my needs, set expectations for timeline, performed work quickly, cleaned up extremely well, and exceeded my expectations for results. I love the color of the mulch that was recommended by Spartan Lanscaping and my neighbor commented how nice the yard looks. Very good value and I will use them again!

The yard was in very bad condition due to my work schedule and the rains schedule. I had an open house coming up and they came to my rescue. They remove downed tree limbs, clean up the flower beds and mowed. I was very impress with this business.

They came out and did a good job. It was taken care of at a good price. It is a good company and they provide good service.

I hired Spartan after firing another lawn service due to shoddy work and rudeness of the company owner. Spartan has been great! Very professional, helpful, yard looks great and inexpensive. So happy I called Spartan.

We were in a hurry to get the backyard of our recently purchased home cleaned up for the fence installation. I called several companies and mostly left messages. Shane from Spartan Lawn Care responded almost immediately and was able to do the work the next day. He arrived that afternoon to give us a quote (including where his number came from -- labor and hauling away debris) and was outside early the next morning getting started. It took probably 8 person-hours of labor, but was a third of the price of the other quote we got to have a Bobcat come in and clear it out. Shane was friendly, extremely hardworking, and conscientious of our needs. I especially appreciated that he asked us where we wanted some errant rocks moved while he had a dolly there. They were too big for us to move ourselves. Overall, a job well done -- we'll use them again!

They did a good job, but the price was a little high. They are close by and I was satisfied with their work.
