 + -1 moreThey came to my house and modified an area so that I could return from the hospital as opposed to going to a nursing home. They created a handicapped accessible area in my house which if they weren't able to do I was not going to be allowed to come home as the hospital did not feel it would be safe. Staff very friendly. The great thing is you can tell them what you need and they will make recommendations and how to achieve it. They identified safety issues that I would never have thought of and then made arrangements to avoid them. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Fantastic home repair and customization. Specializing in helping people stay in their homes despite changes in health.

The improvements were practical yet attractive. wonderful work; good worker.HMCo is a certified aging in place specialist and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Sam made my bathrooms more handicap accessible for use after my surgery. Installed grab bars in tub and shower, replaced towel racks with racks that double as towel rack and grab bar, added a bar to assist with getting out of bathtub and installed a raised toilet seat.

 + 0 moreThe estimate was free of cost. They had a good price and were also able to come out quickly to do the estimate. I did not get a written estimate, it was just verbal. I actually ended up going with someone else to do the electrical work for me.
