They were on-time and wore booties over their shoes which I very much appreciated. They replaced two ceiling lamps, replaced 10 outlets and a dimmer switch among other tasks that neither my husband and I could tackle on our own. They even informed me that our smoke detectors are too old and should be replaced - something I hadn't even thought about. "The owner was 15 minutes early every day. He and his associate were organized and very neat. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were done. There was an oversight during the estimate phase however he didn’t charge me for all of the extra costs associated with the over site. He was receptive to suggestions and added new projects for the appropriate cost of course. I had another contractor bid on my project. His estimate was $20,000. At the conclusion of my project it will cost about $8,000. I have been very happy with this company and would hire him again!"
