Horrible experience. Employee was lazy and just wanted to come and spray house didnt want to do actual work, made a mess, popped out siding from sprayer and left it, left without saying hi, bye, thank you. He arrived late and got upset when I said he need to do the whole house, including the peak and actually use elbow grease to clean siding. I was very clear of what I needed and what challenges they may have when scheduling with Colleen. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I questioned why the house looked exactly the same if not worse when the job was completed. The technician said the company does not provide him with lime remover product for jobs. He sprayed upwards and got water underneath the siding (big no-no) and ruined several personal pieces on the house, antique mailbox, painted front door, brand new window screen, outside decorations. Management tried up make it better with phone call but overall horrible company, not worth the cheaper price. They created more work for me and wasted my Saturday.
