Travis came out to my home did a great inspection and explained in easy terms what I needed and what he could supply. Installation of a central air conditioner and furnace was all done in one day! Travis explained how everything worked and made sure I understood my new equipment.

We got central air installed to our central heating system and replaced our aging water heater. Travis was easy to talk to and up front and honest about everything, he carefully walked me through every step of the process and made it easy to understand what he was doing. After he sent the final quote he realized that there was the incorrect AC unit on there and quickly called me to alert me to that and make sure I was good to proceed, which I thought was fantastic. He was very flexible on when the install was going to happen and once he and his guys got here they were courteous and professional and the install was relatively quick and painless. He was dead on with his time estimate (about 8 hours) and got everything cleaned up after he was done. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend him to people in the Lansing area, he was great!

Very good work in installing our new Goodman furnace and also a humidifier. Workmanship was great. A little trouble on the communication side of things, but overall a very good company.
