They were great. I actually went to high school with him and he did a really good job. I don't have any complaints. His price was reasonable. He worked with me and he allowed me to work with him to save on some of the cost. He allowed me to help with things like the demolition but he did the skilled stuff himself. Overall it was very good.

Jerome showed up on time the day he said he would. He worked long hours for three days so that I could have water and a working bathroom. This was a total update, so drain pipes from 2 toilets and 4 sinks were removed and replaced. There was probably 30 feet of cast iron pipe that had to be removed and replaced and a cast iron tub removed, also. After Jerome was finished everything looked wonderful. He removed all old materials and left no mess . He was very professional but easy to talk to and he took pride in his work. It passed inspection with no problems.

The remodel project was a complete demoliton of the old bathroom and installation of all new plumbing, fixtures, flooring, walls. He was responsible for removal of the old tub, radiator and other plumbing items. He was also responsible for all updates to the plumbing and installation of all new fixtures. He always let me know when he would be at the house and he always showed up when he said he would. He did clean up after himself and did the work efficiently and with care. There was an issue with some of the parts not being available when the supplier said they would. He did a work around for me that enabled me to use the bathroom in spite of problems with the supplier. He is very accomodating. I would definately hire him again.
