Quality Housecleaners

We have used them for probably 10 years now. We are on our second person in that 10 years. We are very satisfied with the people that she has selected for us. I think it is a selection process that she has to make sure it’s a fit. It’s probably what makes it successful. It is a 2-story house and she does it in about 2 to 3 hours. They’re not cheap, but they’re good. I would recommend them.

Kathy came and checked to see what I would need in her opinion to have done, and I told her what I was looking for ( Well I had told her when I called what I was thinking of having done) She suggested what she thought ....we discussed what my needs were and what I wanted done and made the deal. They arrived on time and got right to work. I was very pleased with the job they did. Very pleasant to work with. Will use them again and have and will use them again.

Showed up for a free estimate. Listened really well. Helped create a priority of things. Took a lot of notes. Arrived on time and got a lot of work done in the amount of time I could afford to pay for. Would for certain use them again and highly recommend them.

Kathy was great, she was able to fit me into her schedule with only one day's notice. She brought out two of her crew members to help, and did a great job getting things cleaned up. This was all during a snowstorm but she still came out knowing that my needs were time sensitive. Everyone on her team was very polite and kind.

I am an Angie's List member living in Illinois. I have an unusual situation that caused me to call Angie's List for help. I have two family members that live together in Hartland, Michigan. One of which is elderly with health issues and the other had unfortunately been hospitalized for an extended time and is now in rehab trying to regain her mobility. My elderly family member is unable to maintain the housework by herself so I reached out to Angie's List to provide a list of house cleaning services that I could hire to clean their home during this time. I contacted this provider twice on December and they did not even have the decency to respond. I am very disappointed in their unprofessional behavior.

The owner Kathy came out a week in advance to assess the job and see if it was within the scope of their work. The home they were being hired to clean had been badly abused and damaged by the last tenant, so much so that I was leery that a cleaning crew could really make a notable difference. The cleaners showed up promptly a few minutes early to get the job done. It took 3 workers about 3.5 hours, but when I arrived back at the home I was STUNNED. The place smelled AMAZING, which was quite different than the musty/mildew smell that once hovered. They washed and SCRUBBED the walls, floors and windows. This was a very old home and had seen age and water damage. I was especially impressed with the windows and floors. There was no way they would look new, but the cleaning team did a very impressive job. The walls looked great and it was clear they scrubbed and scrubbed on the entire house.

Kathy and her crew did an amazing job of cleaning my house of which had been only surface cleaned for the past three months. House looked clean, smelled clean, and felt clean. They did a great job and I am looking forward to having them clean on a bi-weekly basis. I would recommend to all.

The price is on a sliding scale depending on the square footage of the house.

Kathy and her team are very professional. They arrive on time, respond quickly to phone calls and requests, and offer flexible cleanings. If I need a deep clean, they will accommodate that. But if I only need routine cleanings, then that's all they'll do

They were outstanding in every way! Cleaned floors, windows, bathrooms, and every nook and cranny was dusted. I would recommend them to anyone who loves a clean house at a fair price.

They call and give you a reminder a week before. They are real nice. But every time they come, I see a spot they miss.

When they are done, I know my house has been cleaned--it's a great feeling. The floors look great, the cabinets are polished, and everything looks wonderful.. Usually Elise does the work, and she is fantastic. She is friendly and efficient; she gets down to business and does a great job. I appreciate her attitude and her work, I would recommend that anyone looking for home cleaning contact Kathy at Quality.

You only get one shot at making a first impression and they are VERY important. I called and spoke with Kathy regarding setting a time to meet and get a quote for bi-weekly housekeeping. We agreed on a date and time with Kathy letting me know that she had to be back in time to pick up her daughter from school...not a problem. Being aware of Kathy's time concerns, I was able to get out of the office a little earlier than anticipated. I called Kathy slightly over an hour before our scheduled time, to let her know I was home if she would like to come earlier. It wasn't until I made the call, that Kathy informed me she had two girls call in that day and she would be unable to make the appointment. She stated her phone with my number was in her car and she had been meaning to call me...BUT by 1:00 in the afternoon (our appointment was 2:15), I still had not received a cancellation call. Although Kathy offered to come by over the weekend, I was/am extremely disappointed that I did not receive a cancellation call once she was aware she was short staffed. Had I received this professional courtesy, I would not have left work early to try to better accommodate her schedule and would have been more than happy to reschedule. As a first impression, I was left wondering, would I ever have received a cancellation call and how reliable they would be in the future. Based on this experience, I would not recommend and am no longer willing to consider utilizing their services.

We called Kathy, the owner and got a call right back, she setup a time that day to come out to our house and give us a quote. She was professional and prepared to complete the quote right then. We scheduled our first cleaning right then. See gave us a reminder call that next week as she had promised. The cleaning was great, the house looked wonderful. The price was fair, and the workmenship was what we were promised and hoped for. We were very happy and will be doing a bi-weekly cleaning with Quality Housecleaners.

For 4 hours of work the upstairs was well cleaned and polished, two weeks later the downstairs was given the same treatment without including the kitchen. The kitchen will get a good cleaning next time along with one level of the house. We plan to continue every 2 weeks and thus far are very happy with the work done and the professionalism offered.

Kathy runs a very good business and always does a very good job. I have tried several other house cleaners including a big brand which were too expensive and always sent out different people to clean. I also tried Craigslist and had a person from there steal a gold wedding ring! I am very happy with the service and would recommend her service to anybody. The people are nice and friendly and do a wonderful job. They are very honest!

Their services are excellent. I think the person who is running the company is very cheerful, friendly and eager to please. They did a very thorough job.

I had been with another cleaning service for over 10 years and was tired of watching the quality decline. I never knew which people were coming from time to time and things weren't being done to my satisfaction. I found Kathy's company on Angie's list and based on the stellar reviews, decided to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I did! I came home to a house that not only was sparkling clean but smelled clean too! I am thoroughly satisfied and if the quality remains like this, I will be a long time customer!

I walked in from a busy day at work and was so impressed and relieved to see such a beautifully cleaned house! I have had many housekeepers in the past but not one holds a candle to the quality of the work, the professionalism of the owner, and the fairness of the price. Arrived on time, went right to work, if they had a question they asked, if I had one I asked. They were friendly, they got the job done., I would use them again, I have already referred them. Can' wait to have the ladies out again. Kathy Dean, the owner knows what she is doing, and is successful.

everyThey were completely thorough. They came out to give an estimate first and took notes on what we wanted. They did exactly what we asked, plus stayed an extra half hour to make sure everything got done on the first cleaning. Our house sparkled when they were done! My husband and I are totally pleased with the whole experience! They were in and out, professional and pleasant at the the same time, and at a reasonable rate. It takes a lot to please my husband, and he is totally impressed. We would recommend them to anyone!

We are pleased with the routine cleaning service provided. The value is very good for the price, but don't expect a "deep-cleaning." Their service helps us to keep up with the cleaning of our large, older home. The staff is pleasant and cheerful. They offer to assist with other "non-routine" cleaning tasks around our home and are receptive to us pointing out things we think they "missed." They work very quickly and don't disrupt much of our day. They are flexible in starting in areas of the home that we have ready for them, and work around our 2 year old, who is quite high energy! We will continue to use this service.
