+ -1 moreI had problems in one of the sprinkler systems and I had several other companies try to figure out where the problem was but they were the only ones who could do it. So I have been using them exclusively now for 5 or 6 years.
Description of Work: I use American Lawn Sprinkler, Inc at 3 different places. I use them at my church, home and the subdivision. I have 3 different accounts with them. I have been using them for probably 5 or 6 years now. In the Spring they opened up one of our systems for me. They repaired a bunch of stuff as well. They opened, checked all the heads and replaced those that were faulty.

A number of times I had to have sprinkler systems repaired and they are particular good at finding problems and fixing them quickly and professionally. They don’t necessarily replace everything that they could replace; they just replace everything that needs to be replaced. They don’t charge more than they could. They are not cheap. They are busy so sometimes it is not easy to get them scheduled when I really like to.
Description of Work: I used American Lawn Sprinkler, Inc for sprinkler system repair. I regularly use them.

+ -1 moreBrian was extremely patient in explaining all the details of sprinkler systems as I asked all my questions. He spent time explaining my options and the pros/cons of different technologies. He also took the time to actually map out my yard by walking it off for a very accurate plan. He is attentive to details and makes sure that the system is installed correctly. He includes the first winterization free with all his systems and they are also warrantied as well. I highly recommend going with American Lawn Sprinkler over other "big name" sprinkler companies. The personal attention you will get is unmatched and you can rest assured you will get a quality install.

I thought I had noticed a leak in the side yard (the grass there has been kind of soggy), so he tested the pipes for leaks (didn't find any) at no extra charge. The winterizing was performed in a satisfactory manner. I plan to hire this company again.
