Description of Work: We needed our attic dry walled and the task was beyond our capabilities. We didn't know how far it was beyond them! The additional insolation we needed required adding additional rafters 8" below the existing ones. The ones we added required extensive modification before dry walling. It took an extra day of work not covered in the contract but it was done without complaint or extra cost.
