80% of the job went well but there were 4 issues that weren't finished as per agreement. He did not finish the patio drainage. He did not repair the new sidewalk after damaging it with a piece of his equipment. He never finished rolling out the back yard. He never replaced landscape timbers that he had to move in order to do the grass. Early in the job he did not come as scheduled and did not respond to phone calls. When we finally found him he said he'd had medical issues with a parent and then he did do most of the work. But then he just never finished. We left numerous phone messages and sent emails in late summer and early fall and he has not responded to any of them. We understand there may be some kind of problem and we are still open to him finishing the job but we don't understand at all the lack of communication.

It went just fine

He was the third person we called about getting a patio put in, he got the estimate back to us quickly. He was the only one that actually gave us an estimate then we got things set up quickly. He did great work. While he was here we needed some other little things done and he either did them for free or charged us very little. We are enjoying the patio.
