We are very pleased and are hiring them back in the spring for another project(s)! Love Steve and Mitch...they really care and make sure you are happy at every point. Excellent! They were out to measure on time, were on time when they stated they would start and completed the job in one day! Almost a full redeck with new shingles and had to take three layers off in spots

A year ago, we have a huge issue with our roof. It was poorly constructed. Somehow, it still passed ACE inspections when we bought the house and left us with a roof that was destined to fail. I wouldn't have known this, I am not handy nor am I a roofer. When we discovered a huge leak in the corner of the mud room after a rain storm the night before. We made multiple phone calls and got multiple quotes. We had no idea where to begin. It was when I made a phone call to All Service and remodel was when things change. There was one thing about Stephen that was different from the other guys. He was thorough and wasn't trying to push me to sign a contract right then and there. Within a week we had a brand new roof and couldn't have been happier with the way it looked and how durable it is. Stephen and Mitch was a pleasure to work with. Our roof looks absolutely amazing. We know that there is no way water is getting through that roof, it is solid built. We couldn't have asked for a better business. Stay away from super large roofing companies and stick to small businesses! All Service and Remodel will treat you right! ***FAST FORWARD 1 YEAR*** Michigan has gotten some nasty thunderstorms including the one from last night on 9/12. Our roof held together and guess what, STILL NO LEAKS! We are still so happy with the decision we made last year and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do this job.

Steve was great to work with. Steve is "Very Professional" and a great person to talk to. He explained all the work to be done and kept me updated as the work was being done. Steve's roofing crew did a great job protecting the property and clean up of all debris. I am very happy at the quality of the work and would recommend them to others and would also hire them again for any work I would need on my home. Steve also did some vinyl siding replacement for me and it looks great.

I used All Service & Remodel for an exterior renovation of my home and it turned out amazing. Looks like a new construction from the outside. The work crew was extremely professional and hard working. Job site was cleaned daily and All Service provided me with daily updates of how the project was going. Could not be happier with the outcome and the decision I made to use their company for my renovation. A++

The entire process was very well organized. I initially inquired based on positive reviews I had read online. Mitchell was very prompt in returning my call and setting up a time for Steve to come out and assess the roof and go over our options. Steve was there the next day. Steve was very friendly, straightforward and easy to communicate with. After my wife and I made a decision I contacted Steve to set up a time to do the roof. This was during their very busy season but they were still able to fit us in within 2 weeks. Once we were able to nail down a date that worked for us and All Service & Remodel, LLC, Steve and Mitchell came out for a final measure and went over the process with us. The roofing crew was there the next morning on a Tuesday and they were finished by Thursday afternoon. Chuck and his crew were very polite and easy to communicate with if we had any questions for them. They kept the mess to an absolute minimum and were very careful to avoid damage to any of our landscaping. Steve and Mitchell checked in with me each day to make sure everything was running smoothly and Steve personally stopped by more than once to evaluate the job the crew was doing. Once the job was complete Mitchell and Steve both came out one last time to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction and theirs. I couldn’t have asked for better professionalism or more thorough communication out of a business. The way Mitchell and Steve handle their customer service on such a personal level is a lost art and a breath of fresh air and compared to how most companies conduct their business. All Services is a top notch operation. We will not hesitate to hire them for future construction and remodeling needs.

They did a fantastic job. Everything went as planned! They kept me updated the whole time and the project ended up looking even better than expected!

During their busy autumn season, All Service responded immediately to my request for needed gutters. After measuring and quoting for gutters, Mitchell and Steve home-visited to further assess the basement leak So That I Didn't Waste My Money if added gutters (and window caulking) couldn't help solve the problem. Who does that?! These guys are exceptional in all the above rated areas: they offer Service with Integrity.

The crew that did the roof did an excellent job, in summer hot conditions and finished the job in just a couple of days. They even worked on the morning of the 4th of July so I didn't have to worry about possible storms. The gutters and down spouts were installed in a couple of hours using seamless guttering, so I need to not worry about leaks at seams. My future includes new replacement windows and I will be calling them for that job when the time comes.

Owners of the company were on top of everything. They were able to get us into their schedule much quicker than first thought. Even tho we threw a few curves at them, they were very courteous and accommodating to make sure all our questions were answered and the project was completed to our satisfaction.

We developed a leak in our roof. When Steve came out he discovered we had 3 layers of shingles on our house. Something the home inspection missed. So we had to have a complete tear off. They did an excellent job. From start to finish he and Mitch checked in with us almost daily. The quality of there workmanship is obvious. My husband and I are extremely pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Great. I heard from the owner of the company quickly. The explanation of the system and services were easy to understand and thorough as was the pricing process. Follow up by operations director was great confirmation of meeting with owner. They were able to fit my job into their schedule before my vacation. The roofers we're friendly and worked hard, and did a beautiful job. Everything was cleaned up daily and of course upon completion of the job. The gutter guys came a few days later and the gutters look great as well. The owner and operation director came almost daily throughout the project.

I live in an older house, so we ran into some hiccups as might be expected, but Mitch and Steve with All Service were great to work with. Had no problems getting in contact with either of them when I noticed an issue or if the weather hindered the work being done. Mitch and Steve both took the time to stop by and personally check out my concerns and develop a plan to get the project done.

All Service did an outstanding job!! I was very pleased with how professional they were. The quality of their work is excellent and it definitely shows. I would absolutely hire them again for future jobs 😁
