+ -1 moreTom was excellent; he always made sure we knew when he was to arrive and was quick in responses. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher, fix the issue, tested to be sure it was resolved, and cleaned up around the dishwasher. I would highly recommend him as his was very responsive, timely, charge a reasonable rate, and very professional!
Description of Work: The service was to repair a dishwasher that was experiencing a loud noise in the motor.

+ -1 moreTom called and then came over and fixed our dryer right away. Tom called us every step of the way, telling us how much the part was and asked us if we wanted to continue (which we did). He then called and made arrangements to come back to work on the washer. He noticed it needed another part and called when he got a price. at which time we decided it was going to be too expensive to fix. He was very professional and considerate.
Description of Work: We called this company after trying to get a hold of several other places. He responded immediately. We need a washer and dryer fixed. He came over the first agreed upon day, fixed the dryer and looked over the washer and then went back to order parts.
