USA Insulation of Lansing

Only sprayed 2 inches of foam when I paid for 3 (confirmed by a manager). Knocked a shelf off my wall and left broken glass on the floor creating a safety hazard for my two-year-old. Also left a mess behind - floors filthy and white paint-like substance on my new gutters.

They provided pictures and descriptions of current situation and what they would do,with progress and picture updates during process and upon completion. The effect of the added insulation was immediately obvious. I would highly recommend them, wish I had done this sooner.

Fraud! 25% of crawl space was done, not insulated: I asked the sales guy (Tom) to give me a quote on crawl space and attic insulation. He measured the crawl space and gave a quote, after negotiations and I agreed to the quote. After doing the crawl space, I found out they did only 25% of the crawl space and no vapor barrier was placed despite it was written in the contract. I spoke to Tom and his manager, their response was *this was your contract and this was what you paid for*, I told him why should I have a part of the crawl space insulated? Does this mean insulation at all??! Insulation is all or none. I am going to take legal actions against them so other customers do not get into this. The crew were professional, they were told to do part of the crawl space.

The crew was outstanding. They cleaned up like they were never there. They went to great lengths to explain what they were going to do and afterwards what they did with pictures. You should consider no one else

Every one I had to talk to was informative, knowledgeable and patient with all of my of questions. The install crew were polite and efficient even after a problem with their spray guns occurred. They did good clean up after too. There is a great deal of difference in temperature in the barn now. Great group.

Clif, the sales person, was personable, knowledgeable and concise in his explanation of their services. They quote was completative and the insulation was installed the morning after signing.

Everyone I worked with at USA Insulation was courteous and professional. Cliff walked through my home and gave me a thorough estimate, going over all the work that would be done to insulate my home. Tyler and his crew arrived just over a week later. They were quick and efficient and walked me through my house to show me the work was done. I would absolutely recommend USA Insulation to anyone looking for a refresh.

Josh and DJ were great. They were the installers that came on site. They were very professional and personable. We are experiencing an issue with our door being able to close properly (new wall insulation impacted door encasement). I notified USA and they are working to resolve the issue.

Salesman extremely knowledgeable and install crew did a great job. Noticeable difference in the heat loss of the house. Hate the sales tactic where they give you a price, then when you don't bite right away give you a lower price. I'm more into fair pricing up front but all in all a great experience.

The worst part of buying my house has been dealing with this company! They said they would do the job in one day and have my walls 100% full of insulation. After they said they finished the job in one day they charged my credit card without my permission(they had on file from the down payment) or me signing anything. After they were done I had to remove a section of drywall for some electrical work and found the wall had absolutely zero insulation in it! After further investigation of me drilling many holes in my walls I found only about 1/3 of each bay was full of insulation. I believe they never thought I would check their work, and they would get their money and move on to their next job. Or they assumed I was flipping the house for a profit, and they wanted their share. They did not even do half the job they said would be done and it took another month and 8 different time of them coming out to complete The job. My house still is not fully insulated as I am still doing work on my house and drilling holes to still find empty bays where insulation, I paid for, should be. I would not recommend this company to enter anyones home. I wonder how many past customers they have done this scam to.

They were true to their word and on time and did the job correctly
