Pleasant, professional, perfect! So glad we called them and at the same time signed up for snow removal. Now I just might survive winter!?

They schedule us for Monday November 18th but, never gave us an approximate time. Then, they never showed up and when we called them, we were advised that we were not on the schedule for that day. Would not recommend them for anyone else.

Get a solid quote for the work before they start. The men who came to mow were great. The office tried to change the amount due after I had already paid. Extra long grass required going over some of the area twice. The actual work was done very well.

They had to reschedule the work and did not communicate it with me. When they showed up, they did a good job and were quick.

Did half the job then tried to say they never agreed to it. Had to come out a second time to finish. Job done was poor at best. Then charged me more than the quote.

They were thorough and took care of everything on-site. My issue was more personal, I had incorrectly assumed that the estimate given was a quote. It was an estimate and the final amount changed after the work had been done. I hadn’t been expecting that especially after I had been very clear regarding the needs of the service up front. I would use them again.

I hired Real Green to level an area of my back yard where a stump had been removed and add topsoil. The guys who did the work were likeable and professional, but it appeared as if they hadn't been trained on the equipment they were using. They left a hill like you might picture with a buried septic tank and covered it in topsoil. I paid them without first verifying that I was totally happy with the job, so shame on me. I asked the company to come back and level the area properly but despite multiple promises they never did. At one point the office admin started screening my calls (which were all very polite, I was just checking when the promised corrections would be made) and only picked up when I called using a different number. The boss came out and agreed that the area needed to be fixed, set a date to return, but of course never showed up. The guy is friendly and likeable, but he just didn't deliver. I guess his perspective was he already had my money, so why bother? Ask yourself--do you want to spend your money at a business that operates from this mindset?
