They are not interested in quality work. They left my yard looking a mess several times and over charge when they feel like it. Say they did this and that when they didnt and just add on to my bill without confirming with me first like people have money to just give away. I would not recommend they clean a dog kennel because it would be half done. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. so yes, I allowed you probably chances. I saw that after all the calling and expressing the problem I fired yall. I have pictures also of the mess. Yall know as well as I, you took pictures too.

Did what they said they would

They did no yard cleanup for us. They have mowed our lawn a few times and you could not even tell that it was mowed. Intend on cancelling their services.

Great company to work with, pricey to do one or two swipes with the truck to remove snow in my driveway, but other than that, they are there when they say they will be!

Your response to signing up was very prompt and friendly. Since we have had no appreciable snow yet, will need to evaluate later.

I haven't a single negative to report. Customer service was professional. Work quality exceptional. Scheduling was accommodating relative to end of season and weather limitations.

Did not follow through with agreed upon services and did a tacky job with the services they did provide.

My yard was well over grown so I hired Real Green and my main requests was to have my sidewalk and walk way edged with an edger because I don’t own one. When I got home the walkway was edged with a trimmer, not an edger. I knew the grass was not going to look great because it was so long but if I had any time I could have done the same job with my own trimmer. But it was more about time vs. cost and some I didn’t have time, I paid what it cost.

He kept putting me off and just never showed up after 2 weeks of trying. Not good at all.

I won't use them again or recommend them for landscape installation.

Fall leaf clean up finally happened Dec 11, one day before the snow came. It cost more than the estimate. The job was good.
