LRG did a good quality fall clean up at my home and worked quickly .

The guys who took out the shrubs were very nice and accommodating. They also cleaned up the debris when finished.

Spoke to this company prior to getting my house listed for sale. I needed to get job complete by following Wednesday, Thursday at latest. Spoke with owner and made sure he knew when my deadline was and he said no problem we can get it complete by Thursday at the latest if not sooner. It rained on Wednesday so their jobs got pushed back, but there was no communication from this company letting me know the delay. Finally I got an email from the office manager who was helpful but had to relay info to her boss so she could not help directly. Half the job got complete 1 day late, but was promised the job would be complete the following week. Well the job did not get complete the following week, when it was finally complete 10 days after promised date of completion. They did a good job when they did do it. I made the mistake of paying for the complete job after half of it was done so they had no motivation to complete my job as promised the second time. The worst part of this whole process was they did not respect myself nor my deadline enough to call and let me know what was happening until I contacted them. It s too bad to because they did do good work, but the lack of communication is unacceptable and not a way to do business. Direct reflection of ownership, will not recommend this business in the future.

The only issue was they kept giving us dates and not showing up or cancelling. Otherwise they were very nice

This is my first time dealing with Lansing Real Green, and I couldn't be HAPPIER. The quality of the work is excellent, and the commitment to getting the job done went beyond all my expectations. Kevin is hard working and very easy to deal with. I spent 35 years in sales a service and have not found anyone better.

Kevin went out of his way to help me after Just Juan had messed the yard and walked out without finishing. Excellent job. Well done.

Complete amateurs. When the manager came for the quote,(grading level lawn for a pool)he said they would bring in a rototillar. Instead brought a bobcat(tore up our yard). They were not on time, not prepared, not experienced. The job was drastically underbid...you get what you pay for. Bottom line, I would not hire this company to cut grass. I would have to teach them how first. The woman in the office was great. Great.

Overall a great job. I just wish the grass was cut a little shorter.

I love this company! even with all the rain we have been having they have never missed a mowing, even worked on sunday last week! I am very happy with their service!

Once our miscommunication was resolved, the quality of their work was excellent. Very polite and fun to work with. I have no complaints and will use this company again.

The worst mow job weve ever experienced! Handfuls of grass in our stones, very uneven cut, and random pattern of mowing. The younger person seemed to know what they were doing, but the older gentlemen didnt have a clue! Do not recommend this company!

This is the second year they are taking excellent care of our lawn. We can always rely on them! Very meticulous.
