I've been using the service for two years, and I signed up for two years more. Their communication was very well with me. If there was something wrong, they corrected it and they make sure we were on the same page. They do good work, very reasonable, and good for my money.

They came out and was very professional and on time . Did a great job on my spring clean up and went above and beyond love their Family lawn care business.

Lansing Real Green gave us a quote for a tree removal job near downtown Lansing that was well under their competitor’s quotes. So we deposited $500 on 7/27 and were told the job would be done within two weeks. After MULTIPLE cancellations I called and spoke to Kevin on 9/1. He gave me his word that the job would get done on 9/17 and blamed the delays on guys calling in sick and bad weather; if we wanted to cancel we could get our deposit back in 30 days. Since the refund would take so long and he guaranteed the work would get done, we stayed put. On 9/21 the work had still not been done so we called and they refunded the money that day. Talked to Kevin again, he claims that BWL has to come out to address some tree limbs that are near power lines before they can do the job... By this point, multiple people have come out to the house and not been able to do the work for one reason or another and NOT ONCE has anyone said anything about needing BWL to come out. NOT ONCE! So here we are, almost two months later, job still not done and got the deposit that was supposed to require 30 days to get, back the same day. This is so unprofessional. They broke commitment after commitment and then offered up a brand new excuse that any competent person (If legitimate) in their organization should have been able to point out right away. Then, when they screw up too many times they produce a refund instantly that they previously said would require 30 days... WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON WE STUCK WITH THEM AT THAT POINT... because we couldn’t get our deposit back and they promised the work would be done. Those are the facts. My theory is that they underbid the job and then kept putting us off and making excuses until we gave up. Save yourself the headaches and find a more competent company to do business with.

were do I start, anyone who does business with this company is asking for trouble, I will just say they take your lawn clippings, braches, and trash and dump them on a road, my elderly mother cannot even get out of her driveway as these doucebags dump crap on the road ( they somehow bought the road ) I wish I could upload the pictures I took, just call someone else, do us and yourself a favor

The owner is very nice and approachable. I didn't like that they would state me one price but half way through the work they would tell me that they gave me the wrong price and that I would have to pay more. When they were mowing the lawn I thought that they would also be trimming some bushes and edging the lawn. When they were done I asked them about it and they said that would cost me more money. They bill kept going up different things were being added on that I didn't know about or ask for.
