 + 1 moreRandy was recommended to us by the company that installed our new kitchen countertop. Randy and his team were very professional and did the job when they said they would. Their work was excellent and we love the new backsplash tiling they installed (which we picked out ourselves from the Tile Shop in Ypsilanti). It has really made the look of our whole kitchen remodeling project. We would definitely recommend them to others and in fact will likely use them to do some stone work on our house this spring.

 + -1 moreUnbelievably unprofessional. I don't believe I've ever dealt with someone who is so rude and angry. Usually when I hire people to do work, they show up when they say they will, they answer my calls (or at least call me back in a reasonable time frame), and they never use the F-word with me. I am honestly appalled. Buyer beware of this guy. Look elsewhere for sure.
Description of Work: Hired Randy to install some cultured stone in our reception area. Was tough to schedule with, didn't show up when agreed several times, wouldn't return phone calls. We talked when I reached him. There was too much stone broken for him to finish the job so we had to order more stone (and pay for it). Meanwhile, he took the rest of the broken pieces for his own use (nearly $100 worth). Said, he would install the last foot of stone when it came in. Impossible to schedule with him. He was VERY rude to my staff, yelled and swore at me on the phone, all over trying to schedule a time when he would install the stone. Promised to call and never did. Hung up the phone on staff. Wouldn't answer my calls when I called.
