+ -1 moreJust a few days before the appointment, I realized when opening the closet door, that there was an old draft tube hung over the door handle ...that was leaking sand...no bugs, no need for an an exterminator. Vicki was kind and pleasant when I called to cancel my appointment.
Description of Work: I was referred to this provider by Honey Pest control. I talked with Vicki who spent at least 20 minutes talking with me about what I was seeing as residue in my closet. She explained the company, the different options and costs, answered all my questions and gave me great information. She explained the experience and training of the person who would come on site. She explained what the possible options might be with what I was seeing. We set up an appointment around my schedule without any pressure.

+ -1 moreThey are professional and there are no bugs. They call in advance and there is an appointment so there is a reminder call for the appointment. When they arrive they are always professional, they always wear a covering on their shoes if they come into the house. The product that they use seems to be very effective as there are no bugs.
Description of Work: I have a regular contract with Griffin Pest Control for pest extermination. They come out every quarter.

+ -1 moreThey were very good in treating an ant infestation that we had. I know that other people have used them to help keep insects away from the house. I have used them for termites, as well. They were prompt. They arrived when they said they would be here. He explained the problem and what he was using. They try to use the more nontoxic chemicals. If there are animals and children around, they will try to use safe chemicals for them. Their price seems to fall right in line with everyone else. They are fair and do what they say they will.
