We hired Dallas to totally remodel 2 bathrooms including all new tile. The first bathroom is complete and totally gorgeous. The job was completed on time and within budget. Dallas is a perfectionist, Every detail is perfect. He helped in planning and purchasing the correct materials. The second bathroom is delayed for a few weeks due to material delays. We are looking forward to the completion of a second beautiful bathroom. We would not consider hiring anyone other than Dallas for future projects.

I hired Dallas to finish my basement. It was a blank slate when he started and it is absolutely beautiful now that he is finished. I had ideas of what I wanted, lucky for me he was able to understand my vision and create what I wanted simply by showing him some pictures (Yes, from Pinterest). I really appreciated that he would suggest ideas that I would not have thought of. I now have a bathroom, bedroom and large living area downstairs. He built a reading nook for my granddaughter that is incredible. He also built a huge storage cabinet that has open shelves for displaying items and lots of storage for my crafting supplies etc. Two custom pieces that Iâ m always showing off. He is a perfectionist, which Iâ m grateful for because I am too. I did not have to ask to have anything redone, touched up etc. He went above and beyond to make my basement a comfortable place for my family and friends. I will be hiring him again!!

Dallas is skilled in so many areas. He offered suggestions as the project went on and was helpful in making best selections. We have had him back for several other projects, and have asked for his advice many times. His work is very neat and professional. We will be requesting his help with any future projects!

I had tried to level my floor, so and ran out of material, which resulted in a very uneven floor. Dallas came in and was able to level it out perfectly, and make it look like I never screwed anything up. He installed the tile and the area was clean. It looks so good. Thankful that he was able to help us.

Talented builder who left me completely satisfied. Redid bathroom, hung new front, replaced Hot Water heater and put up a new garage door for me. Very talented builder will have back if I decide to redo kitchen.

Dallas took control of the job, went above & beyond to secure materials we purchased and other things needed. He accomodated when we needed to add work too, from original estimate! You couldn't find a better craftsman with more attention to detail. Definitely good value for the money! He was also ready with good advice on our projects. Our bathroom needed a complete remake and he was able to do everything down to the smallest detail. We were very lucky to find him.

If you have been searching for a contractor, you need look no further. Dallas Cole refinished our basement including drywall, lighting, plug-ins and a full bathroom. We trusted him with our home and he delivered, quickly. He allowed the decisions to be ours, while giving the input of a professional to guide us, which helped with the bottom line on cost. Dallas is trustworthy and a very good carpenter. He went above and beyond to position the extras where we wanted them. We highly recommend this hard-working craftsman.

Dallas is extremely reasonable, shows up when he says he will be there, does quality work for a fraction of the price and was able to do EVERYTHING, not just tile work or plumbing. He gutted the bathroom, leveled the floor, moved the toilet ran all new electric, took out a window and patched our wood siding, removed a radiator and gave us a new heat source, built and moved plumbing for a new walk in shower, installed a glass door, did all the tile work and flooring. Installed the shower light and cabinetry, and solid surface counter. He painted, installed the flooring put in trim, rebuilt our built in shelving...... For a third of the price other contractors were quoting for half of the work. He does it all himself, which is mind boggling, but it is definately done right! He was efficient and has an amazing work ethic. I would very highly recommend this contractor. We continue to get compliments on our bathroom! It is our favorite room in the house now.

Mr. Cole repaired much of a 1000 sq ft walk-out basement after the flood in Lansing last August 2015. He repaired the drywall that was partially cut out by the restoration company in a seamless manner. He also installed laminate wood flooring and did an excellent paint job. He also did a slight renovation to include the installation of a partition with french doors to make separate rooms in the space. He was meticulous and clean. He was also easy to communicate with and helped me navigate picking out economical, but quality materials . I am having him back, soon!

Finished bathroom remodel was excellent. We love it! Did entire remodel himself with no other constractors involved. We had a deadline and he met that. Pleasant to work with. Went the extra mile in answering questions and giving us suggestions on the project

Dallas gave the lowest bid of several different contractors. He was very efficient and was done with entire bathroom remodel in less than 2 weeks. Great work!

Dallas was very meticulous in laying the tile for the shower and floor. He was also very helpful in giving ideas on designing the layout of the tiles.

Dallas was very conscientious throughout our basement finishing project. From the initial visit and bid all the way through to completion. Had several contractors look at project and most just gave a per sq. ft. pricing with automatic flat charge to add bath and wetbar area regardless of what work was involved. Dallas took the time to discuss options and ways to save cost and we were able to even do both within our budget. He was meticulous in the detail and could not be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend him and will use him again for projects in the future.

Dallas did a wonderful job on the complete remodel/finishing of our basement. His attention to detail and all of the finishing touches was excellent.

We are very satisfied with our two bathroom remodels. As stated in other reviews, he is very accommodating, hard working, conscientious about his work and takes extra steps to please the customer. Definitely would recommend him and rehire for other projects in the future.
