He was an absolute fraud. He told me that he bought a whole pack load of left over windows and doors from another company and if any of them fit, he will give it to them for free but apparently they didn’t fit. He dealt with the other company. They had a deal for $6,500 and I said I will pay for it because if it’s anything over $5,000, you will have a $300 rebate. I think they overpriced us for his commission. He didn’t do a good job. He did a lousy job. He took a lot of time. He cheated me and so did the other company. The rebate was given to him and he didn’t return it to me.
Description of Work: I used Weiss Construction to put windows and doors on my house.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. HE DID A QUALITY JOB ON THIS PROJECT. WE BOTH PLANNED OUT WHAT I WANTED. THE ONLY THING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE WAS HOW LONG IT TOOK TO GET DONE.
Description of Work: HE CAME IN AND REMODELED THE BASEMENT.
