Trembling Trees-Tree Services

Trembling Trees was contracted to cut down 5 trees. At the time of contract, I was told that they would cut the trees and haul the debris away. The payment required was 1/2 down and the balance to be paid one the project was completed. This project was started 10/20/23 did not complete until 11/5/23. There were so many excuses of he had to fire staff (which he truly did not have any) tools were stolen and truck. after the initial down payment on 10/19, the owner approached me to asked for $850 because he needed to pay his employees on 10/25. I foolishly paid him additional money. Then on 11/1 he asked for an additional $200 because one of his workers needed some money. I told him know as it was not my problem. Finally on 11/5 he completed the trees, but hauled the debris to the front of my house. I told him that it could not stay there as I would get a ticket from the city of Oak Park. He stated "he was tired" and would not move it back. I am now trying to get the debris removed. And naturally he is not returning text or calls. RUN!!!! Avoid at all costs

The work was ok. They did take the big branches with them but they left the smaller debris.

In order to remove the tree they had to work around several electrical lines. They did a really good job and cleaned up everything..

The wsork performed was of high quality at a very good price. Operator had some equipment issues that were resolved and the work was completed. During equipment downtime, communication was weak. Breakdown also extended completion of work, but that really didn't cause a probelm in this situation.

Called for estimate, company was the most reasonable price, job done and complete 2 days.
